Honey. The male Princes do not smell like something you got at Lush.

Hircine is a hypermasculine woods-dwelling hunter-god manbeast. He smells like wet dog and unwashed jockstrap at best. If you're lucky, there's no eu de deer-in-rut mixed in. (piss. stags in rut roll in their own piss to attract the does. hircine smells like his own piss if he likes you)

Malacath smells like a gym.

Sanguine smells like cheap perfume and sex and spilled wine and beer and poppers. He makes it smell good, somehow, but still.

Hermaeus Mora smells like musty paper and fish and vinegar and the ocean.

Sheogorath, now Sheogorath might smell like something from Lush, if he's in a Manic phase. It'll change smell at random every few seconds, but it'll smell like perfume. If you're really unlucky, it'll hypnotize you like one of those weird pheremone fetish artworks/ Joker gas.

Molag Bal smells like old blood and rust.

Jyggalag doesn't smell like anything.

Peryite smells like reptile and puke. I love him, but he does.

wanted to make a lil ref for my Falmer Archmage ^_^

This is Athil, my beloved sad old mer. A skilled mage and former priest of Auri-El during the late Merethic era, he left the chantry in order to aid his kin as a healer in the war with the Atmorans. A brutal attack wiped out the battalion he’d been traveling with, and left him so injured and severely burned that he was also mistaken for dead. When an old, banished orc warrior named Mordak later found Athil dragging himself half-dead through the bloodied snow, he was impressed by the Falmer’s will to survive, and brought Athil back to his camp to care for him. He survived, tho one of his eyes and later one of his legs were lost, and he was left with lasting scars and chronic pain from his crude healing. Athil lived with Mordak for several years after, physically unable to travel on his own to regroup with his scattered, dwindling people. By the time he could make the journey, it was too late. He remained with Mordak until the old Orc’s death, and then in seclusion thereafter.

Many, many years later, long after the last of the original Atmorans had died off, Athil would venture back out into the world, believing himself the last of his kind. He hid his identity under layers of robes and a mask (not the Dragon Priest mask shown) and took odd jobs with alchemists and healers, never staying in one place for long.

He would later join the College of Winterhold, first as a student, then a professor, and eventually rising to become the Archmage. For the first time in a long time, his life would achieve some semblance of stability. That is, until a Dawnguard member waltzes into his College with Auriel’s Bow strapped to his back, carrying a stack of familiar ancient tomes to sell to the Arcanaeum. Suddenly Athil must confront old memories, old homes, and perhaps… old friends?

the insane experience of missing a fictional character . like you can always go back and reread the book , replay the game , rewatch the show or movie , you can always go back & see them , but you can never experience them & their story for the first time again . its absurd to miss them because they'll always be there , but you'll miss when there were still new things for them to say .

for a small time they were real & growing and changing and you hung onto every new word, but now all they can do is repeat the same story forever&ever & they're not real anymore because you know everything they're going to do. & you miss them. its fucked man...
