His eyes widened at the sight of yet another one. He once more flinched, whispering a sighed "jesus christ.." under his breath.

"God, okay right." He paced a little, not too much but the kid clearly had no clue what was going on.

"Uh, question.. Is this technically like.. safe? I mean- I'm meeting two strangers and things might go down. I'm... normally not this panicky, sorry." He said, trying to focus his thoughts.

"I just have. so many questions. Most of them you probably can't answer, heh- .. you know what uh- I'm just.. going to go over there- yeah," he then just walked away, taking off his leather backpack.

He randomly pulled out a small dinosaur plus, just kind of, sitting there and holding it. He looked a bit embarrassed by the childish act, not even sure why he brought it with him. He did have a weird feeling all day though..

He watched as the thing poofed into thin air from afar.

..Maybe he'd ask about it later. He didn't want to bother the other person though. Today was not the day for conflict.

He winced, and turned his head away.

[That doesn't mean it doesn't hurt, though. But I feel Atlas would not treat a stranger that way.]

"..There are.. so many things I don't understand here." Liam muttered. He still looked a bit fearful for the other person. Who.. he still didn't know the name of, but he wasn't sure if names were at the top of te list currently.

"Sorry to sound sensitive but uh, just saying 'don't worry' always makes me a bit more fearful. I mean, I don't want both of our asses in trouble, I'm already one enough for this.. 'Atlas' guy to deal with." He pointed out, chewing on his cheek a bit. "I don't want both of us being in trouble, y'know?"

He then sighed, "sorry if I'm being too skittish about this. I promise I'm not always this nervous. I just don't want anyone to get hurt, I guess? Hard to explain so I'll spare you the time. Even if we will be here for awhile."

[I never expected someone else to end up here, is all..]

He exhaled, that holographic form of his sometimes flicking in and out of existance.

[I could always take you back to my cell, if you'd like. They hardly go down there anyways. Artemis despises me and Atlas acts like I do not exist, though, he does that for everyone.]

After saying that he seemed to notice the uncomfortable look on the other guy. He was about to speak up again but paused. .. Maybe he shouldn't be so nosy.

Instead he awkwardly stuck around them but of course gave them space, once more wishing not to break the walls more. Or whatever that means. Metaphors are confusing.

After a bit though he finally mustered up the courage. "Hey uh.. you alright?" He asked in a little bit more of a quieter tone this time around.

[I am not allowed to be here. While technically I am physically still in the previous room, Atlas will be able to see this apparition just fine, should he return.]

He turned his head away.

[It's fine if that happens, though. Do not worry for me.]

The kid's eyes widened as they were teleported. His head spun for a second as his hand went up to his head. He was at a loss for words for a second. Just saying one, short phrase:

"...Woah."

He then was suddenly interrupted by the barking, jumping and turning. "What the fu-.... What.. is that.." He mumbled almost to himself.

He then blinked, realizing he forgot to say at least a thank you. That's what people told him to do anyways. "Oh, uh, thank you by the way- sorry that just caught me of guard."

[Apologies. Things like that happen sometimes.]

He seemed kind of uncomfortable being out here, continually looking around as though the others would appear any moment.

[It seems the little creatures can also follow me, even when I'm not truly around. Odd.]

What did he mean by that?

)"It's fine," The kid said as he simply waved it off. He was still a bit, well, claustrophobic by the place but.. he could probably get used to it.

"If you want me to leave you for a few moments just uh, tell me. I wouldn't mind. I don't know why I said that but uh, yeah." He pointed out with another small little shrug. He still wasn't sure what to speak about so it resulted in another awkward silence.

He snapped his fingers, and suddenly the two were somewhere gray. It kind of looked like a storage unit that went on for infinity, but a bit more cozy than that. Mind glanced about, but didn't seem to find what he was looking for. Oddly, though, something about him looked off, as if he was a hologram of some sort.

[I guess the two are out. Feel free to wander, just try not to touch anything Atlas owns.]

"Mm-" he seemed to try to begin his sentience, but then ended up thinking about it. "I.. don't normally take strangers word for it, but.. because I'm somewhere new, yeah, sure.. I guess."

He grabbed his opposite arm and rubbed it with his thumb sheepishly, not really having a topic in his mind at the moment. He was not really sure if he should walk over to them or if the figure needed space. He wasn't the greatest that these things, anyways, so he kind of let this other guy do what he needed.

He then just went silent. Not having a single thought in mind about what to say or do.

Mind sighed, remaining quiet as well.

The scenery around was odd. Dark, kind of cramped, with invisible, cold, black walls. There was only one square of white above them, providing light. It...didn't look too comfortable.

[My apologies. I am not used to speaking with people who aren't those two.]

"Pft.." He just seem to quietly say. It didn't sound like a laugh. More like a noise to fill up space in talking.

"...Fun.." He muttered sarcastically, a small forced smile on his lips twitching as if begging to turn into a frown.

"I'm just as confused as you." He began as the thought for a moment. He decided to say the first guess that came to his mind, not sure how to respond. "Uh.. maybe I like, accidentally said something that got here? I say a lot of things I don't mean." He rocked on his heels slightly, just trying to think of more things.

He looked down at the ground for a moment and stopped rocking, thinking once more before saying something that was probably obvious, even he seemed to note that to himself. "You-.. You know what. We should probably ask him."

[You are about as confused as I am..]

He shrugged, and turned around, very, very hesitant for some reason.

[I..- er, maybe not. I think we should stay here for now. The rest go back after they are done conversing with me, perhaps you will be the same? Despite not...looking like them]

The kid only seemed to shrug as he pushed himself up from his sitting position. He brushed some of his dark brown hair from his face before pondering for a moment.

He looked over at Mind, questioning if he should go over or not but didn't really want to bother him. So.. he just kept where he was.

"They'd probably all the police. I'mm.. surprised I haven't even tried that yet," he said as he rubbed the back of his neck, his lips forming a line.

"Uh.. who even are they anyways? If you don't mind me asking, that is." The kid said just trying to be respectful as he slipped on the leather backpack beside him, that seemed so somehow fall off whenever he came.. here. He kid didn't even seem to know why it fell off himself based on his slightly on-edge expression.

[I do not think any such thing exists here. How does one get into the subconscious of another man? Are you dreaming?]

It was odd reasoning, but hey, who knows. He's probably seen weirder.

Or maybe not.

[They are the other halves of my Whole. Atlas, our Soul, likely knows the most about this kind of thing, but I...do not know how Artemis would react.]

What he called that wasn't tiny looked like a literal teenage boy. Hell, he was probably still like, in his second year of high school. He turned to Mind, just starting at him with a blank and confused look on his face.

"...Tiny?" He called out, rubbing his eyes. He just,, looked confused. A bit threatened and scared, but confused.

"I'm .. pretty tall for my age, but your literally taller than me." He said as he still tried to fix himself up, his voice a little shaky and breathy but he seemed.. somewhat stable in nature.

"Actually, I don't even know what the average size for my age is," he semi-rambled.

[Others have said I am taller than the average human.]

His head tilted.

[I wonder what Atlas and Artemis would have to say about such an odd occurence.]

There was a loud thud. It.. wasn't too loud, but loud enough it caused the person himself to jump a little. His eyes grew wide as he just seemed too.. freeze there until he snapped out of it.

The fixed the tethered green hoodie and got up, dusting off his pants, even if there was no dust. All he really said was ...

"w.. what the hell.."

While he doesn't jump, or even flinch, Mind does seem mildly surprised. Of course, this could just be the fact that he could hardly express emotions anyways...who knew what he felt on the inside.

That was all he really said.
