I definitely get the reasoning behind it. But there’s only so much that your body can go through before it just stop and makes you pass out. Maybe you can try natural ways.

I am not the type to take drugs. My dad used to pump me up on them so I would not miss a Jonas Brothers concert, so I rather not take them. I only take insulin cause with out it I would die.

I don’t really mean the traveling and Jet leg to be honest. More so once you get used to a time zone you have to leave that time zone and that just messes you up. I think I should of made my self more clear.
