Update: I'll be lurking and maybe rb stuff, but I'm not sure about getting back to writing just yet. The last few months have been a complete car wreck with my mental health, but I'm glad to say I've been seeking help and have gotten much better and I'm hoping to work on myself even further!!

Happy new year everyone, it's the second of Jan for me as of writing this, so I suppose I'm a bit late but hehe…

To my moots and followers…

I'm incredibly sorry for how this year was perhaps my most inconsistent one so far; initially it was school kicking my butt and now that I've actually finished my twelfth year I found out that I haven't fully met the credits needed for my actual completion of highschool (how on earth did my academic counselor miss that—) but yes, anyways that mess aside I've been dealing with a decline in my mental health in addition to my physical health for which I've basically ghosted tumblr.

But, I'm slowly trying to better these things (even if it means deferring my first year of uni), but I'm afraid I'm not certain about when I'll be able to return back to writing or simply being present here on tumblr.

Tldr : temporary hiatus until I figure out life and fix myself

We always say that art transcends all barriers, and the way the music drew in these little buddies is proof of that.

Back when I worked on a project in the desert, the rest of the team gathered around the campfire playing music together, and it attracted birds and Sumpter Beasts. They ate some of our provisions, and one large Sumpter Beast even helped us haul a good load of our equipment back to the city.

Now that I think about it, Mehrak also sways along when there's music at home... Guess it has a knack for the arts too.
