Enforced Adult Baby time
So i was moving files from my laptop to PC and came across a word document called “AB Time” reading this I realised it was something i wrote a year or so ago, clearly must have been horny at the time. Not sure if it was what i wanted for my self or to inflict on others, but hey ho,

Baby Time
The subject that will be forced to spend time as an Adult baby will be required to wear a chastity device or belt for 2 days before he visits. He will also be nappied 24/7 for those 2 days, using nappy full time when not at work but allowed to remove nappy for toilet at work
General Day to Day
Chastity belt on, Nappy on, Locking pants secured, hands locked into mitts and straight jacket on.
Muzzle to be kept on at all times, only to be removed to provide drink or food. Not allowed to speak unless this is removed and to answer a question.
Baby is to wear Locking Ankle Cuffs and a baby harness/reins at all times.
Baby will wear seat harness when in car

Drinking – All drinks from a bottle or sippy cup, baby shall be given a bottle or sippy cup each hour.
Food – To be secured in straight jacket, with posture collar and bib on. To be spoon fed. Not allowed to feed one self.
Bedtime –
The baby is to be changed into a dry double nappy for bed time. Chastity belt will remain on for bed time. The baby is to be secured on his back on segufix for the night to keep him safe, or to be straight jacketed and taken to bed safe and secure.
The baby will wear locking mitts at all times unless he is to be put into the straight jacket. The baby should ideally be kept in a straight jacket at all times to keep him safe. The baby will be released from the straight jacket if it is time to play, that can be with toys, or for coloring in where he will still be required to wear his mitts which will remain padlocked on.
The baby is to be paddled 5 times at each nappy change.
The baby will wear a double or triple nappy when indoors at all times.
Baby will have a complete ban of using the toilet and will use his nappy fully. Baby will have his nappy changed in the morning when he is woken up and will be given an enema during his nappy change.
Baby will remain in this nappy for minimum of 4 hours. Once nappy is used fully and baby will be secured and can be fed his breakfast.
Baby will be allowed out of straight jacket for an hour or so to play and colour in.
After playtime, baby be released from his restraints and locking pants and allowed to shower clean. Baby will then be plugged and spanked, then put back into a nappy and his restraints. Baby can be teased or tormented, baby can be fucked before his plug put in, or used to suck cock .
Afternoon nap-
Baby will be put to bed in Segufix for an hour and half afternoon nap, straight jacket should be tight and Segufix restraints tight so he cannot move. Plug and chastity belt to remain in for afternoon nap.
Crawling
Baby shall have locking leg braces fitted when in doors and his straight jacket isn’t on. This will stop baby from being able to stand upright and he will have to crawl and remain on all 4’s.
Bedtime for baby is no later than 22:00
Once the baby is locked into his chastity belt 2 days before baby time, baby will be expected to use his nappy fully at least 2 times before the chastity belt is allowed to be removed and for him to be able to cum. Baby will either be wanked, sucked off or milked to allow him to cum. The baby will be fully restrained and gagged when he cum’s, he will remain restrained after he cum’s and will then be spanked before he is put back into a thicker nappy. After the baby has cum, his baby time will continue, baby will be muzzled and will have an hour or 2 nap time. Baby will be put back in his chastity belt later on. Because he has been allowed to cum, the belt will stay on for another 2 or 3 days, of which full nappy wearing and usage is expected before he is allowed to be unlocked.
