Do bad dreams cause sleep seizures? This would explain a lot...
That is definitely a possibility. Seizures can have a lot of different triggers and it's hard to pinpoint what causes them sometimes. I think I've had bad dreams that ended in seizures before but it's always so hard to tell when I have them during sleep because of all of the confusion.

I don't have epilepsy but I have seizures (psychogenic non epileptic seizures to be specific) and I love your blog. It makes me actually laugh about my seizures instead of worrying about them. Thank you! x
