Daisy now owned this house. That was one of the only thoughts running through her mind as she looked over the house. Of course she had looked over everything and there was nothing she could do about owning it yet. The biggest problem being that the place was clearly falling apart and no one was going to buy it looking like this. Really Daisy just wanted to be done with this place and go back to New York. Hearing the door open Daisy turned around, catching sight of the man. “Look… I know you’re supposedly handy. How much do I need to fix this up to get it off my hands?”
There had been a weirdness in Antony's tone when he demanded his help that early in the morning. Sure Dylan had let him know when he'd picked up his new position that he could still help out from time to time when his old team was really slammed, but he hadn't been prepared for a call to come through this soon, or that urgently. He was prepared to call his old boss out on his bullshit, when a text came through with the address and the line went dead. "Prick" he'd thought to himself as his eyes read over the address. It wasn't until this moment, when he was standing in front of the dark haired woman that he slowly began to put the pieces together.
"I guess you could say that..." he started as she continued. "I mean a little hard to say without really getting a look at the entire thing. It's got a decent structure. Probably just needs a little TLC. Why are you selling it?"
