for starters this post isn’t a joke and everything im about to type is true (i have a small group of friends who knew about the situation and I thank them for the support) and I do take it serious……about a year ago Cerbrosus@IMVU who was LocoDoco added me in my friends chatroom…no biggie right?….well it was a big mistake because I had no idea of what type of person he was….for like a month and a half he would want me to rp with him and I was basically over the whole cyber sexing but he didnt me to quit so one day he made a deal with me to do a skype call with him and flash him my ass and tell him an old sex story of mine (I didnt have any shame at the time so i thought sure why not) and he’d leave me alone and whatnot etc and i blocked him on my skype and unfriend/block him on imvu but little did I know he was recording his screen and I had no clue about it and I didnt find out until after about 5months of blocking him the main “reason” he made me do it was to confess and appologize that he made this video of me without my consent and that he and noirevontease-imvu had gotten into a fight a the time (which I clearly wasnt involved with but he only knew I had known her through tumblr) and tried to make me beg her for his forgiveness see now I thought i was doing him a favor but after she told me of what kind of person he really was I had absolutely no respect for him and I told him to delete the video several times which he claimed he did but didnt at the time and after I reblocked him again but a few months ago he got on a different account and claimed he “missed me and wanted to talk” but then I had come to find out he had resurfaced the video and threatened to post it all over my personal social media (which he via my old skype name which is now a deleted account) and I absolutely wasnt having that PLUS he even showed me what he had of me from a screenshot but here’s the scary part….I wasnt the only one…..he had at least 16 other videos of various girls but had their skype names blurred out and had all those videos saved in files….so regarding my busy schedule I swallowed my pride and I agreed to keep talking tohim but he had me “behave” as if i was his pet (he has a dominance fetish) and made me waste various hours typing all these HUGE rp posts which were so important to him but cut into my personal life but once it came around to me having to take my exams and finals i decided to block him one last time but think I was safe which all my account on private and changed the names of them he still found me and threaten to post even more stuff which could or couldnt have been me so i talked it out with him and he gave me a month buy this other game card that was non imvu but the problem is im not all the financially stable for the moment so he said give him a $50 game card and all my imvu credits so I saved up what little I had and even got some of my rl friends to chip (who I’ve got to pay back of course) and got to him the cards and he’s out my life FOR GOOD i made sure of that….now if you made it this fa into the post im sure you’re thinking “why didnt you just block him in the first place?” or “why keep talking to this guy? he’s crazy” well trust me i would have left him blocked the first time but after the mental stress I endured I wasnt going to let him get away with this plus i even explained how broke I am so letting him feel superior and slightly sympathetic towards me he just basically made me steal and feel like utter shit for months ontop of the problems i have to deal with offline and like I said in the chat from the picture above people really do lose their life over situations like this….all I have to say is that if you make an online “acquaintance” PLEASE be aware of what you decide to share do or say because this type of online harassment is unacceptable and extremely disturbing and can even be cruel….sure this is the probably the lowest thing I’ve to do and i’ll feel disappointed about it for a good while but all that headache and trauma i endured was definately a wake up call for my future actions….and to any of you who reads this i again say PLEASE be careful not everyone you meet online is a new friend it can be your worst nightmare

it makes me really sad going into chatrooms and no is even interacting with each other.. like they all just sit there doing nothing. idk i really miss imvu like 7 years ago when everyone talked to each other and i had actual friends that i would look forward to talking to when i got home. it makes me really sad every time i think about it lol. :< i had so many online friends and now i have none and it really sucks.

OKAY, so this is for you artists out here on IMVU that don’t believe that they will get better at making DPs for yourself and others. Above is a history of DPs that I made for myself from the very beginning, ever since I signed up for the website. So this goes to show that, YES, you will improve, but it takes TIME ( this spans over approx. 5-6 years). I’ve gone from really shitty, half-assed edits, to half-assed touch ups, then tried to draw and redraw screenshots. So the key I’ve learned is to take risks. If you don’t take risks, you’ll be stuck in the same place and you won’t improve, you will only get good at doing what you already know.
