Hii, I'm sr for bothering you, but may I ask how did you learn to draw, render and stuff?

(Oh no this is from 7 months ago what have I done…)

Thanks for asking! Honestly, my dear… I never systematically learned the basics of creating—whether it’s drawing or writing. It’s just that I can’t hold back my periodic bursts of creative urges, whether it comes out as art, stories, or whatever. I can’t really offer anything super specific because it all just… happens. (｡ì _ í｡)

So at the same time, I want to tell anyone who feels anxious about creating for themselves: relax. Even if you don’t practice every day, your sense of aesthetics is always growing. You don’t have to force yourself to ‘draw well’.

All I can suggest based on my personal experiences is to observe more, soak up little expressive details from others’ work, and definitely go out and try new things in life—encounter those precious moments that can ignite your creative passion. That’s the most important thing to me…

another tidbit…….billie, like, leaned into the crowd at one of the shows and my friend grabbed billie’s knee and afterwards, drunkenly, she was like……”guys……you have to feel billie joe’s kneecaps if you get the chance……it was the smallest kneecap i’ve ever felt….it must have been the size of a bottlecap….it was so tiny……….i don’t even know how he’s able to jump around so much because i feel like his kneecap should shatter……..”
