How important is the breath? If you don’t then technically that means your not alive, so because you are alive it’s pretty important cause your doing it. Focus in on the mind. Activate the pineal gland -that small pine cone shaped gland in the center of the brain that makes the room feel like it’s spinning when you hold your breath to long- that one activate that. Then literally day dream focus hard on using your imagination. If you forget how to do it go spend a few minutes around some small children about age 2-7 you’ll reactivate what’s been sleeping inside your mind for so long.
