It always bothered me that I didn't know what Karte meant in Romance MD and I finally found it. It's a small piece of trivia but I think it's fascinating that Japanese borrowed many medical terms from the German language.

Eiichi Matsunaga

The incapacity to choose something that it's not strictly for him Matsunaga thinks a lot about others and has many inner conflicts. So, every time MC or any other person asks him to buy a snack for them on his choice or things like this, Matsunaga refuses because he is afraid he would make a wrong choice. He wants only the best for his dear ones, though he knows that his best isn't always the same as their best.

Toshiki Kasumi

Ignoring his health problems until it's too late Because his mother was sick while he was a child, Kasumi couldn't cry about his health issues. That's how he developed an unhuman pain tolerance. He can understand that something is wrong with him, yet he puts other needs above him and waits till the problem goes away by itself.

Munechika Takado

Answering the messages very slow Munechika is the worst when it comes to keeping in touch. The problem is that he wants to do it and have friends for whom he cares, yet he psychologically can't be a chatterbox. Talking with others gives him anxiety because he is afraid he will hurt them with his words. Also, being hot-headed is the defense mechanism he can't get rid of. So, every time someone is messaging or calling him, it takes time for him to gather enough courage to answer.

Tetsuya Hosho

Thinking that people don't remember him It can be ironic that he thinks like this. However, not being seen as an important part of his family, he doesn't think he is important enough for others to remember him. So, every time he meets someone new, Hosho tries his best to remember them. But when they meet again, he introduces himself again because he is sure that they haven't memorized him.

Kaede Ekuni

Having a big personal space Kaede doesn't let people become close to him: physically and mentally. He keeps his distance from them. Even when he is sleeping, there's a big possibility that he will pack himself in a ball instead of letting someone sit on the coach ten centimeters away from him.
