((I drew a DC! I wanted to try out making a design. Alt mode would be an Earth-spaceshuttle, so if DC went to the Earth? Maybe?))
((A DC just fell through the roof. Still working on this whole āartā-thing.)
((I edited the colours to be SG. Blue is more traditional, but I think the green works? Robot-shaming SG!DC would probably be really difficult, since she would be absolutely daring. ;u;))
((I drew a DC. Still trying to figure out thisĀ ādigital artā thing. I used @pollution-of-subterranean-watersā design (with a few liberties taken). Also, forgive my ugly handwriting. I tried to make it readable.))
((Freefall in all their colour-changing glory. :3 The cockpit and optics change colour independently of the rest though.))
Your character wakes up to my character falling through the ceiling. What's your character's reaction?
A loud crash shatters the tranquility of the night, causing Freefall to spin around in their living quarters, all internal alarms vying for attention as their weapons power up. Something, no, someone just broke in. Or, rather, fell through the ceiling. How⦠Odd. The large shuttle that landed on the floor is quickly identified as Decepticonsensual, aka DC, aka a fugitive on the run from the Senate. Freefallās immediate instinct is to fire at her and gain distance, but the ungraceful entrance and the seemingly foolish location for a confrontation makes them halt. DC attacking them here makes no sense. Besides personal injury to Freefall, what is there to gain? They do not keep important information in their personal apartment. So while DC could easily overpower them in close combat, she might not be here to fight. Perhaps. And it is entirely possible that she is not even aware of Freefallās appearance, and revealing their identity and allegiances in this situation would be a waste.Ā Looking for a moment at the wrecked surroundings, Freefall realizes that they will have to move anyway, compromised location or not. But perhaps the situation is not as bad as they at first thought. Their weapons power down as swiftly as they powered up, and only a handgun remains in Freefallās hand.Ā āUm. You okay there?āĀ Freefall asks tryingly, waiting anxiously to see what the large shuttleās reaction will be.
DC groans as she sits up.Ā āIā¦āĀ A quick check of her systems causes her to wince.Ā The fall doesnāt seem to have done much lasting damage, though her left wing stings like the Pit, but the potshot some Senate flunky took at her before she managed to outrun them?Ā Yeah.Ā That screwed up her navigational systems.Ā She got a decent distance away - she thinks - before the injury messed with her sense of altitude badly enough to send her crashing into a building, but sheās not flying out of here any time soon.
āI think Iāll be okay.Ā Aww, frag - Iām sorry about your ceiling, mech.āĀ First she stepped on that nice minibot with the camera, and now sheās destroyed this poor strangerās home.Ā This is not shaping up to be DCās week.Ā āI had a mid-air glitch and the next thing I knew, I was falling,ā she lies smoothly.Ā āAre you okay?Ā I didnāt hit you on the way down or anything, did I?āĀ The stranger is less than half her height; it wouldnāt turn out very well for them if she did.
She sighs.Ā āLook, I know this is a bit of a cliche, but I have to ask:Ā Where am I?ā
Freefall looks the mech now towering above them up and down, noting both the damage from crash, and what appears to be either bullet- or blast-marks. āMid-air glitch.ā Sure. Ā But at least DC does not seem to know who Freefall was. āNo, no. I only got hit by some of the rubble.ā Freefall subspaces the handgun, and tries to put on a pretence that the situation is only as strange as it is on its surface. Slag, how are you supposed to act when someone crashes through your roof?? āAnd- and you are on the outskirts of Iacon. Did you think you were elsewhere?ā Freefall walks a bit closer to the large figure, and glances up through the new hole in the roof, muttering, āYou can hardly have been falling for all that long...ā After a moment they back up again, and glances at the regular-mech sized door. Probably not fitting through that... They stare back up at DC. Should they just try to get rid of her? Perhaps try to work the situation to their advantage and get some information? No, useless. She would probably not trust a stranger with any vital information. Best to not raise suspicion. And any guards conveniently showing up after a private comm. would probably just raise suspicion and be messy... Oh, slag it. May as well just keep up the act. āCan you fly? Not that you have to leave immediately if you feel unwell or anything but I- Er. I was not expecting guests?ā They finish weakly, staring sheepishly at the shuttle. Acting ānaturallyā was a lot easier with preparation. Ā

DC On The Run: Starter
-Ā Message begins -
My name is Decepticonsensual. Ā Four days ago, I left my home in Iacon, and I am now on the run. Ā
The Senate would have you believe that its only interest is in protecting Cybertronians. Ā That it enforces divisions between castes and functions for our own good. Ā That there is no more discrimination against cold-constructed mechs, simply because the apartheid laws have been repealed. Ā That if Decepticons and other dissidents come forward and allow their names to be registered, they will be given representation, and no harm will come to them.
YOU ARE BEING DECEIVED.
I spoke out once too often about injustice, and in exchange, the Senate has tapped my communications, threatened anyone who might try to help me, and put out a warrant for my arrest.
This message is going out to all Cybertronians, here and in every universe:
If you can help me, even if all you can give me is a few words of advice or encouragement, I will be grateful. Ā I will understand if you canāt - the Senateās wrath should not be risked lightly. Ā But I hope you can.
More importantly, if you can hear me,Ā keep fighting. Ā We will prevail!
