It is not a job that is desired

It is the enthusiasm that is so desired. That magical enthusiasm for a job is what one really wants. It does not matter what the job is if there is enthusiasm for it. An exhilarating feeling of enthusiasm is worth more than the job. Enthusiasm is the REAL JOB. A job is just a job without enthusiasm but a job with a magical spark of passion for it is a honeymoon. LIVING IS JUST LIVING WITHOUT ENTHUSIASM BUT LIVING WITH A MAGICAL SPARK OF PASSION FOR IT IS A HONEYMOON. I love walking along the beach in the sunshine forever mine

I feel silly for thinking of you, or anyone really. I often think of others for the purpose of analyzing them, so as to learn more about human beings. But you are an enigma; I see you and yet there is still more to be explained. You are interesting and intriguing, and for some reason your eyes look on me kindly. I don’t know what to do with it all. Love Songs

Sometimes I feel like the way I listen to love songs is different from how other people do.

I listen to the lyrics and sometimes I feel what the singer can feel and just enjoy the song itself, but sometimes when I’m listening, I’m doing research.

In terms of romantic relationships, it’s hard for me to determine how I feel about a person. If I think that things should be going well with that person, I listen to love songs to try to see if the feelings that they describe are similar to what I am feeling. If they are, I know I probably like the person as more than a friend.

Essentially, sometimes I need an example of what feelings might be felt in a given situation so that I know what my own feelings are.

Feelers talk about it being hard having lots of feelings about everything all the time, but being a Thinker and not knowing what you feel or why is hard, too.

Another Episode of Awkward Moments During Psychology Research Study Appointments

Participant: *falls asleep during cognitive test*

Me: “Hey, you need to wake up.” *shakes participant’s arm*

Participant: *sleeping*

Me: “Wake up” *shakes arm*

*repeat 9 times*

Participant: *doesn’t say a word* *sits up and immediately resumes test*

Me: “Are you gonna make it through the rest of the appointment?”

Participant: “mhmm”

Me: “Are we just gonna pretend that didn’t happen?”
