I can't believe how immature that was.

Sometimes it hurts. Sometimes I mentally have to control myself and mentally throw the memory of you associated with something in my daily life and throw it to the sky. I feel sorry. So sorry because I couldn't make you happy. Because if anyone ever asks, I can't say I'm hurt because you were my ex or someone I liked. But because you were my best friend and someone who was there when no one else was. You helped me. 

It's sad, because our relationship changed. And I had never noticed what difference it made to have you in my life before and how easily my smile came because of you, even before our relationship. You were very important to me.

And it makes me cringe sometimes because I think, I let our friendship drift and change. I can't start with the ways I coped, or how I thought or felt. I don't like to think about it, or feel the pain of it anymore. 

I'm over you, I believe that myself. But it's the small memories that float up again and hurt a little. Like when my friend asked something about you the other day and my reaction was different from what I thought I would do. I smiled, laughed, my voice went high because I was avoiding something, and acted silly, and acted like it was still the same before, you being my best guy friend. 

But she just smiled at me and said, "It's okay, ___" and I just acted normal and looked at my plate, quickly moving onto another subject. 

I think all I want, is to be your friend again. But I feel like that can't happen again. Not like how it was before. I feel like that changed.

There's thing that I keep seeing and I just don't know how or if I should reblog it.

There were things I wanted to tell him. But I knew it would hurt him. So I buried them, and let them hurt me instead.
