in honor of pride month, i need to talk about the robin hood villains.

i think rottingham is a horrible bisexual man who hates women even though he is attracted to them. and prince john is just a gay man, a hedonist who only cares about money and looking pretty.

they're awful, evil men. but somehow, in spite of their vanity and egos, they love each other. prince john lets the sheriff kick his feet up on the table and lean against the arm of his throne. he gets his own special seat at the prince's side. they're sharing the arm rest. they grab each other's hands multiple times in the movie and neither ever pulls away. that is the prince's LOVER.

happy pride to them. their weird little homoerotic relationship fascinates me. idk why mel brooks did that but i appreciate it.

What is the origin of the term “to mog”

It came from the Mel Brooks film “Spaceballs” in which John Candy played Barfolomew, a half man half dog known as a “Mog.” He so outshined his co-stars that the term “Mog” came to mean any type of outperformance or triumph.
