so basically “to serve and protect” is limited when you don’t like the person. Good to know this I what my tax dollars go to.

Your tax dollars also would go to the city that paid B and allowed her to publicly promote the violence that the Black Panther party represented. Not being argumentative, but growing up around policemen in the family and as friends, most people decide to listen to the slander and bullshit that the news puts out. Also, under what circumstance would it be acceptable to promote violence for the sakes of "equality"? Even Malcolm X wasn't the most peaceful activist. Yeah, they do serve and protect, so next time you need help or any kind of emergency services, please DON'T call the police and when /if you get robbed, mugged, assaulted, or maybe even raped we'll see what happens :)
