@markruffalo​ tweeted for us to “Please have a little compassion.” He wants the world to know he has invested a lot of money into his new transface picture "Anything" - in which he cast a cisgender male actor to play the lead transgender female role - and he implores everyone to have a little compassion for his dollars. I want the world to know that trans lives are worth defending, and worth more than dollars; that's why 100% of profits from sales of this design will go to @translifeline-blog (http://www.translifeline.org), which works daily to help trans people survive a world that wants to erase us in every way. I agree, we should have a little compassion. But when it comes down to a choice between the two, we should have a little compassion for trans people, instead of Mark Ruffalo’s money.
