Hi everyoneeee I'm Astrid E. Abell. I'm a neurodivergent and queer artist and author. I write original fantasy and fanfiction, and when I write fanfic I specifically focus on Naruto fanfiction with my OCs, Tsukiya and Hiiragi, and it's honestly just pure chaos lol. My fanfic be right here in its chaotic glory Tsukiya's Story.

I am in the process of revamping my debut novel for its re-release due to some unforeseen issues and problems I encountered last year. But available for reading are my short stories on itch.io! One of the short stories is about to get an update, as it needs it!

My art revolves around my Naruto fanfiction and/or my original stories. I do take commissions on vgen!

I'm also way more active on my discord and on bsky but I realized I wanted to follow a favorite artist and a few friends here so I said screw it, let's just remake my old tumblr. I used to have a tumblr account, and yes it was seraphrdm. I guess some things about me:

Inarora's Excursion

So it's been about 1 week since Inarora's Excursion came out. 🎉 To celebrate, I'd like to take a moment to talk about why I wrote Inarora's Excursion.

When I discovered things about myself as an adult, such as being aroace, non-binary, and having hEDS, I realized something about media: I had never seen any of these things represented in anything I consumed. I only ever saw cishet relationships and any AFAB character who dressed comfortably was just a "tomboy". 

I noticed the more I thought about it that I rarely saw people disabled like my dad. He had a spinal fusion in 2005, and has used a cane since. The only cane user I ever recall seeing in media was Dr. House. People like my dad deserve more representation.

Then I made friends with people in the disability community, and realized I didn't see my friends represented and that I should do something to fix that.
