(woman in black woman voice) MY BABBBBBBBYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
It’s a little odd for there to be this much rain during the winter season, Neji thinks, but luckily for him, he brought along a nifty umbrella to work just in case something like this were to happen. Unfortunately for some, they were unable to predict this sort of weather (or pay attention to the forecast) and became drenched within five seconds of stepping out into the rain.
One of those people just so happened to be a certain Rouga Aragami, resting under a tree that provides minimum shelter. Admittedly, the shinobi felt rather bad for this particular kid. He looked just like a stray puppy (sad face), and as a result, Neji crossed the street to meet with the boy—making sure his umbrella covered them both with a small smile.
"It’s not good to be standing out in the rain like that you know. Do you have a place to be?"
His shelter is nothing but leaves since he's decided not to rest in the housing given to him, he'd rather sleep in a cardboard box as a home. Not like he isn't use to it. Heavy drops of rain that shower down over the area is noticeable, it falls onto his clothing, liquid soaking into his hair and he's practically drenched in it. A wiggle of his nose as he feels a bead of water trail down the bridge of it, he raises a hand to wipe it away but for what reason when the rain won't just cease. His hair isn't as lively as it would usually be, fuwa fuwa gone to the rain and noting but a mass that holds him down.
As the rain lets up on his person, he's concerned as to why that could be, the sky is dark and it's suppose to be that way for quite awhile. So he's unsure as to why it's died down but he can still hear the rain hit against something, echoing it's sound. A cold cobalt gaze raises up to see that someone is standing before him, even holding the audacity to have an umbrella cover him and the other.
"If I do it's none of your business." He speaks, annoyance trailing through his words since the other really has no business talking to him. "Find someone else to bother."
