Ha! I’ve never seen this in color and with the intro! It makes the rounds every six months or so among my non-circus friends (all of my circus friends have seen it at least six times).

I will always love this. The song is so ridiculous. Like how do you decide to segway from that into ‘let’s sit on our own heads’. And then there’s that exit. Love.

30 Flexibility and Handbalance Challenge

Lately I've been increasingly interested in handbalancing and contortion. So, I've decided that I will spend the next month dedicating large portions of time to learning and practicing these skills. I'll document each day and at the end make a video that will hopefully demonstrate improvement, lol. Let's just call it a little experiment to see how much a person can learn in 30 Days XD
