A short Lecture in Ottawa
Ironically, Ottawa got hit by a major snow blizzard on the first day of spring. Or maybe that's just the way it is over here.
After a fun afternoon at the Market and the Parlament (the tour is free and it gives you access to the lower chamber and the senate, where you can attend the question time) (I know, I am a dork) (a cheap dork), we headed to Carleton University, where I had my lecture and the review with the master students.
The course, taught by Prof Lorenzo Imbesi, focuses on service design for social innovation. Students are developing projects in three areas: mobility, environment and community building.
In the lecture I presented some of the project I was involved in while I was in China. I tried to use mainly pictures, as I feel sometimes students get distracted by texts (or it is just me?). I tried to be a little Pecha-Kucha -ish.

On a side note; I had a pretty intense conversation with Paul on our way back to Toronto. He thinks I should find a more effective and quick way to present what I do, what I have done and the kind of projects that I am interested in. He is totally right. I'm gonna work on this in the next few weeks.
