Ethnicity - Swedish

Affiliation - Formerly Swedish Armed Forces, now fully Task Force 141.

"Icepick" specializes in long-range shooting and, strangely enough, medical work. If necessary, he can also utilize close-quarters combat with a particular affection of knives.

Appearance:

Pale skin. Black, long, and straight hair. Grey eyes. Sharp teeth. Muscular ectomorph (Thin shoulders and overall body, lower body fat. Leaner muscle.) ~6'6" (202 cm).

Personality:

Quiet and isolated. "Icepick" can be quite rude, but also kind and almost "soft" towards other members of his force. He works surprisingly well with others, but prefers to work alone. Has an unusual fixation on sharp objects.

Medical notes:

Mental: "Icepick" has shown signs of depression, suicidal ideations, and very brief, few and far between bouts of psychosis. When questioned, he becomes incredibly defensive and angered. On very few occasions, he has been found in a daze after horribly mutilating enemy soldiers, but has miraculously been kept in the force for classified reasons.

Physical: "Icepick" has a large web of scars on the left side of his face following facial reconstruction surgery ~11-12 years ago after a failed attempt at suicide. Due to this, his left eye is always half-lidded; this does not affect vision. Despite specializations in long-range, he also has several scars all over his body, most notably on his arms and abdomen. Scars on his forearms likely originate from past self-harm, but again, he refuses to comment.

[Daggers now got himself leaned against a wall, Icepick notices that he only bearing weight on one leg]

“I was told to come here for injures and what not…was I given the wrong information?”

[Icepick stands and walks over to Dagger, helping him to the chair in front of his desk.] What's wrong? Old or new injury?

”Somewhat old, I’ve had issues with it before..Ate shit this morning trying to get to training and whatever, I’m not so confident that my knee is still in its socket anymore.”

[This morning? It was well past dinner on base.]

[Icepick had a strong urge to say something about how Dagger came to him - a medic who's better at brain injury - with a dislocated knee, but held back. Dagger was new, a transfer. He had to remember that. And besides, it was understaffed; he knew how to do other things.]

[He looked down at Dagger's pained leg. Swelling, obvious swelling..he had noticed the inability to bear weight as well.] It looks like a dislocated joint, yes...

...so, I'm going to help you to a cot, where you'll get painkillers - because this is going to hurt, but you knew that, I'm sure - and I or somebody else will try to pop it back in. Then we'll do an X-ray to check for damage. Sound alright?

[Dagger didn’t look up, he seemed to be saying it more so to himself. He had scars up his legs, some larger than others, especially around his all joints]

“Injectable pain meds or pills, if I may ask..?”

Please. I know you saw my face. We - especially I - have no reason to ask about scars.

I'll be injecting, [He replied, grabbing antiseptic, some liquid pain relief and a syringe.] Do you have a fear of needles? ...because if you do, that's too bad.

[Dagger was still tense, watching Icepick incredibly closely, as if he was concerned that Icepick was randomly going to pounce and injure him. Tense enough to make it difficult to administer injections or reset joints into their sockets.]

[Icepick glances over at her, but says nothing as he goes back to whatever he'd been doing. After a bit he sighs, gets up, and goes to flop down next to her with a bottle of bourbon.]

She says tiredly, though is smiling at him. Her eyes half lidded with exhaustion

After Icepicks visit to Rots house, little gifts had been showing up at Icepicks window. Flowers, letters, etc. It wasn't hard to tell who was leaving them, but whenever Icepick looked, Rot had already left.

Today was a plush Snow Leopard.

He hugged it tight, knowing Rot was probably still sticking around to watch him take it, and then disappeared for a moment. When he came back, he had a wrapped sandwich, which he set on the windowsill and closed the window (but not before checking for anyone else that might've been nearby).

tw; suicidal ideation and thoughts of self harm

[Icepick is currently in his office. He's looking at his lobotomy tools; the orbitoclast and mallet, of course. The fine tip of the orbitoclast is poised towards his eyelid, with the mallet just behind.]

[How unreasonable would it be to try and lobotomize himself? Totally, surely, because lobotomy is technically surgery..albeit very defunct and controversial. But to hell with it, his frontal lobe'll get cut to shit and either he dies or he gets so severely brain damaged that he can't even think anymore. Both options he looks at with a positive light.]

As Icepick was slowly putting the two instruments to his face, a knock suddenly interrupts him and Valentino's voice rings out from the other side of the door: "Oye, Icepick. You okay in there? Me and the team haven't seen you all day and we're worried.. Just give me a sign you're okay and I promise to give you peace after that."
