Two photos form my first b&w 120 roll. I’ve been staying away from my hometown for long time. These are the shots from my first excursion in years.

It’s nice to see old buildings in a city ravaged by construction madness.

Summer, Phasing Out

An imperfect negative which makes me taste the summer perfectly.

There's a stubborn fig tree in our garden. It keeps branching out in every possible direction. This month, I realized that each day the fig tree sways with the afternoon wind. The wind shows up each day, roughly at the same time. I don't know if the fig tree calls the wind or if the wind desperately tries to charm the fig tree with its coolest currents. In any case, the dance of the fig branches mesmerizes me for some reason. I can't put my finger on the sentiment, but I get the itching to catch the perfect moment which crystallizes the dance between the fig tree and the wind.

A forgotten negative , (most probably) shot with a Pentax Spotmatic/SMC 55mm f:1.8 on Fomapan 100. Home processed in Caffenol

Scanned using "Shoebox Scanner Mark ii" , a crude "scanner" made from a cardboard box, an old I pad, a sheet of discarded glass and wife's nex5 camera with kit lens (hand held)
