Seth Meyers looked at the confusion and incoherence coming out of the administration about Trump's war in Iran. If you don't have time for the entire vid, at least catch the first 80 seconds.

Only Trump could call a war an "excursion". Seth has a viable theory about that.

Personally, I think Operation Epstein Fury is still the most accurate description of this war/conflict/excursion.

You'd probably have to go back to the War of 1812 to find a US war as unpopular as this one at its onset.
