what day is it?
ahoy there. It feels like time goes by slow and so fast at the same time. Like... I had planned on updating this more often... where did that time go?
So today, I tapered down to 30mg of the cymbalta... I am currently taking 150mg of wellbutrin and 36mg of concerta. I had started at 120mg of cymbalta, 300mg of wellbutrin and 36mg of concerta... so... getting there!
I dropped from 60mg to 30mg because my primary doctor swears that “not everyone will have withdrawal and its okay not to taper by 10% max at a time.” I even told her that I know that isnt true and it is entirely not safe to do this, but this is the dosage of medication I have been given. Depending how I feel over the next day or so, I may up my 30mg by opening the capsules and counting and weighing beads... I had found a great group on facebook and walks you through this. (but those tiny beads make it so difficult!)
Over the last however amount of weeks since my last update, i’ve probably have had over a handful of panic attacks. this is also due to the fact that I didnt have my wellbutrin for a couple days because of some confusion at the pharmacy. my poor fiance ... hes so patient.. how can he understand if I can barely understand myself?
My appetitie has been up and down.. some days I can eat an entire town.. some days, I dont want to eat a thing. ugh and the zaps. I know the brain zaps can be worse, but its such a weird feeling. I think the best way that I can describe is like the static from a tv screen? you know that black white and gray stuff that happens? and that sound? thats what it feels like...
If this blog entry seems like its all over the place, thats because that is how my brain has been functioning. my memory has been crap... and my focus has been all over the place too. I have to write things down and tell people to remind me over and over again... I cant remember ANYTHING. I cant even keep a flow of where this blog is going.
I have been oiling myself up the wazoo! (not REALLY THE WAZOO! but im sure that is a thing too). If i didnt have these oils... I have no idea where I would be. probably checked into a mental facility.. and I am so serious.
BUT - I have continued to keep my optimism and remembering that someday, I will be off all this crap, and I will feel like a decent human again.

Who wants to hear an embarrassing story? 🙋🏼♀️ This goes out to all the nervous stomachs! 😩 So for those of you who went to elementary school with me, may know me as that girl that got sick on stage during a spring concert. 😖 😝 🤣 🧐 I think it was about 3rd grade, and I had some fearfulness and nervousness going on about performing in the spring concert. Just an ordinary spring concert... singing all those typical elementary school spring concert songs... I used to get so nervous, I would end up throwing up 🤢🤮😷 well this lucky time, it happened ON STAGE! I am sure someone has it on film 😖🤣🤦🏼♀️ All my life, my nerves have always been on the extreme side, but more so when I was younger. I’ve learned how to work through it now. 👊🏼 Ohhh how I wish I could give my younger self some of Digize for all those times my stomach couldn’t handle my nervousness. 🙌🏼 With a few swirls of this around my belly button, I have no more discomfort.
