Serthra's Unofficial Skytrain (and Transit) Photo Project
Between Instragram, Tumblr, and Flickr I've been posting photos of the skytrain for years and I've decided to gather them in one spot, here :)
As of 2026 there are 53 stations. I currently have 12 stations posted.
I will update the numbers as I post new stations. There is no timeline on this photo project.

Playing around with live photos on the iPhone, turns out that you can toggle the live photo to look like a long exposure. Cool!
This is Stadium Station, I go through it so often that I was sure I'd already posted it somewhere, but my unofficial skytrain station project list doesn't show it. Guess I can log it done now :)

Blue Night
They light up the skytrain station area with some cool lights, makes for some interesting night scenes :)
I'm still amazed at how far technology has come. While not perfect, it's really cool what you can do nowadays with just a phone. I would never have gotten close to this without a full tripod and long exposure in the "olden days", now...just a second or two of handholding and you're done.
Not sure if this counts for my 'skytrain project', I kind of thought it would apply more to the platforms, but..it is the station entrance, so I'll count it!

Some nice “cloudporn” as the skytrain comes into the station on a not too busy Saturday.
A while back I noticed that there’s not a lot of variation in the skytrain stations I use, so I started an unofficial photo project for myself, to take and post (whether here or on Instagram) pictures of all the different stations. So far I’ve managed eight out of 53, now nine! :)
There’s no timetable or rush, I might not even complete it, especially as they keep adding stations. It’s just a fun little photo project to think about when commuting.
