I’ve been inactive, but I need help

Despite my experience in dream interpretation, this particular situation has me confused.

My dog Dexter passed away in March of 2019 (anniversary of his deathday just passed) and ever since then he has regularly appeared in my dreams. At first, I chalked it up to grief and coping with the loss, but after three years he still randomly shows up in unrelated dreams. As soon as I see him, I’m immediately aware that I’m dreaming, and I feel overcome with sadness and want to run away. He just shows up and puts the whole dream on pause.

Is this his spirit? Is he trying to tell me something? I know I should try to stay with him when he appears and interact, but I always feel so overwhelmed with grief at the reminder that he’s gone.

MY PUPPY IS IN THE VET ER IN BAD CONDITION (4/8) PLEASE READ AND RB

I just spent all of my savings at the Vet ER after begging them to take him even though I didn't have the 975 estimate up front after waiting outside for an hour because they wont let anyone inside due to the coronavirus.

Me and my wife are both disabled students and we have 3 cats and a small chihuahua pomeranian mix.

We are both recovering from COVID-19. My wife recently had her first EVER grand mal seizure because of the infection and had to have her doctor up her Depakote dosage permanently. It was horrifying to see, even more scary watching her continued confusion and pain. She has epilepsy from a brain injury due to a DV.

Biscuit got into our room when I was in the shower and somehow ingested some marijuana and although it couldnt have been much because it was cleaned up he was displaying symptoms and we had to take him in. They gave us an estimate of 400 on the phone but after they saw him they said he has to stay overnight and their estimate is 975 which is more than we have. We put down some money and our friend can give us 200. We gave them absolutely everything and we dont have a single penny but they are expecting the rest by the time we pick him up or they won't send him home.

We need 400 by tomorrow when we have to pick him up by 7:30AM. Cashapp is best: $micahsage or DM me for their number to pay them directly!

Currently, I'm unable to leave my home because I keep having seizures with seemingly no cause. It's affecting my cognitive abilities, my motor function, my energy levels...

I'm completely unable to care for myself and am going to be applying for in home care services soon.

I have a neurologist appointment on Monday, February 10th.

I have had over 9 seizures over the course of 2 days. I have been to the E.R. twice, and the first e.r. was discriminatory towards me, and ended up making my seizure worse during the episode, rather getting me help.

I have spent almost all the money I needed for groceries, on medications for my disability, and rides to the e.r.

I know it's not much, but I usually spend about 100$ on groceries for my boyfriend and I, but now we don't really have enough to even get dinner for a couple days...

I still have medications, hospital bills, and future treatments with future doctors to look forward to that can cost over 2000$ a month.

I'm down to my last options.

I keep getting worse, and I'm currently scared that I may be past the point of getting better.

I'm begging for my life

edit: after getting some initial treatment, i need to raise money for an oxygen concentrator. They are ridiculously expensive, but i need it desperately as i often have trouble getting enough air while just speaking or walking around my apartment, leading to worsening symptoms. It’s almost 4 thousand dollars, but I know if enough people donate just a few dollars, i can eventually get this life saving equipment!
