What were you doing the last time you spent a night away from home (or wherever you regularly reside)? I was having a sleep study done.
Have you ever been diagnosed with anything unexpected, mental or physical illness? How did you finally find out? BPD for mental, which I still honestly question. Turns out autism in women is frequently misdiagnosed as BPD, too. Osteopenia for physical; an x-ray of my ribs revealed it.
Do you feel as though you’re good at understanding/communicating with animals? I feel like I’m better at this with animals than people.
What is the biggest decision you’ve made in the past year? Having my Fallopian tubes removed.
What movie/show “emotionally scarred” you as a kid? Courage the Cowardly Dog, especially the King Ramses episode.
On a scale of 1-10, how into Beanie Babies were you? How many did you have? Which was your favorite? Like… a one? I don’t remember if I had many (but I know I had some), and I certainly didn’t know enough to have a favorite. Youssy should answer this one, he has a collection lol.
How often do you reread books? What was the last book you reread, and what made you pick it up again? Essentially never, but when I didn’t have any new books to read last year, I reread Warriors: Firestar’s Quest because I remembered none of it. Oh, wait… I might have also reread The Outsiders after that one, because it used to be a favorite yet I barely remembered it. I still liked it, but not as much as when I first read it.
Do you prefer homemade food or restaurant food? Restaurant.
What was the last new food you tried? Sushi (not with raw fish). I actually think I had a mild allergic reaction to the imitation crab in it, so good thing I only had one.
Would you rather it be sunny or cloudy most of the time (assuming it had no real effect on anything else)? Sunny. Sometimes it being cloudy affects my depression, and if it was cloudy most of the time? I wouldn’t like that.
Have you watched Heated Rivalry (yet)? Have you read the book(s)? If not, have you ever read an MM romance book? No, and HR was my first blocked tag on Tumblr because I got so tired of someone I follow posting about it lmao. Enjoy it, by all means, but I was tired of it filling my feed.
Do you order things for delivery often, such as food and groceries? Do you think that it’s unethical in any sense or not? My mom gets our groceries delivered. I don’t think it’s unethical, an adult who applied for the job is getting paid for their job. Am I just uninformed on something?
What is your most recent fixation? How did you get into it? Neopets Classic. A Linklu friend mentioned it, then like, most of the server got in on it, haha.
Do you use AI? If so, what for? Does your opinion of AI change based on its purpose or do you view all AI as generally positive or negative? Some AI is fine (I still think it’s progressing too far though), but genAI? I fucking despise it and I think you’re a fucking ignorant loser if you use it.
What is a value or belief that you disagree with your parents/other loved ones on that has been difficult for you? Do you just avoid this topic or do you try to work to change their minds? My mom voted for Trump. I don’t know if she still supports him, but her ever voting for him is something that is extremely difficult to look past.
Do you know anyone whose spouse/partner has extremely different political views than them? Do you think you would be able to be in a relationship with someone with very different opinions? I don’t know if I know anyone like that, but I could NEVER do that shit. We’re either both on the left side of the spectrum or we’re not dating. Even you being a liberal and not pure leftist is hard to date. I am very politically opinionated and I will not disagree on certain topics and still date.
Does being in love make you nervous? Yes, because I’ve been traumatized by it before.

Are you considered popular at school? I was not. Especially in elementary school, I think a lot of the kids thought I was weird. I think that’s when I really started masking.
Do you feel sorry for kids who have celebrity parents? Depends on the parents, I suppose. I particularly feel bad for kids forced into family channels on YouTube, I think that shit is so immoral.
If you could host your own talk show, would you do it? No, that sounds so uninteresting.

Have you ever attended a religious or private school? My last college was actually a Christian college. Faith wasn’t forced on you, though. It was a genuinely good college, definitely my best college experience (I’ve been to three different ones), I’ll give them that much.
Do you have any pets and are they cuddly? My snake appreciates my warmth and has cuddled with me, while Cookie and Roman like attention but do have boundaries, especially Roman (cat). He has areas he doesn’t like touched and will let you know it.

Do you need glasses to read or drive or need them all the time? I need my glasses all the time.
How did you celebrate your last New Years Eve? I stayed up past midnight with a few strawberry Mike’s Hard Lemonades and re-watched John Wolfe play Silent Hill 4: The Room.

When is the last time you were at the hospital? A couple weeks back for my gastroparesis test. Turns out I have it, as expected.
What was the last thing to upset you? Medicaid denied – for the second time – an MRI I desperately need to further my treatment of Bertolotti’s and decide if surgery is a viable option for me. I am extremely, extremely upset, but it’s seen been appealed… now just waiting to hear back. Sigh.

Where was your first job and how old were you? GameStop, I was either 18 or 19.
Have you eaten soup this week? Yes, actually. With my gastroparesis, I’m trying to incorporate more liquid nutrition, and I had chicken noodle soup. Unfortunately, I didn’t like it; it was a different brand from the one I had when I was sick, and maybe I only liked that one because I was ill.
Where did you eat the best pizza you’ve ever eaten in your life? I’m a basic bitch, Domino’s lmfao.
Did you ever watch The Rugrats when you were a kid? Yes, I loved it. I even had two video games.

What are your coping skills on bad days? Lying down/napping; reaching out to friends, my mom, or Girt to vent; watching comfort YouTube videos; listen to music; exceedingly rarely draw vent art; try to spend time in the living room with Mom versus being alone in my room.

Sexual orientation? Pansexual, but I also don’t mind if someone calls me bisexual, especially if they’re someone who has a bit of a harder time understanding sexualities… as long as they don’t mean it in a way that has the underlying intent to call pansexuality invalid. “Bisexual” is what I considered myself upon first coming out, but I just eventually learned “pansexual” matched my experience better.
Does your tummy get sick easily? Oh, yes. I have acid reflux, IBS, gastritis, gastroparesis… my digestive tract is a MESS, BABE!!!!!
Are you hard of hearing? So, it’s not so much that I don’t hear well; I think I… receive audio relatively okay (as long as I’m not in a phase where my ears have excessive wax), but I do have auditory processing issues. For me, processing voice is sometimes just… a blur of syllables that I can’t make sense of. This is ESPECIALLY prevalent when I listen to music; odds are I am not going to know a song’s lyrics (except for a few stray words) until I look them up. I also struggle quite a lot with accents because of this, which makes me feel like an absolute asshole. I hate it.

When did you last go for a run? I am physically unable to run. I can power-walk at most.
What is something that gives you good vibes? Whimsical people. People that find joy in the most simple things. Like, an instagram account I’ve been obsessed with recently is just the most pleasant, sweet guy showcasing his “piece to wonder over” of the day, usually subjects from nature, like sticks, leaves, etc. It’s so innocent and sweet???
Have you ever had vertigo? Yes, this was an issue for a while a handful of years ago. I was medicated for it for a while.
When did you last get a haircut? It’s been a few months, I’m due for another.
Have you done a breathing exercise recently? You could say that, yeah – one of my self-care app daily tasks is to take three deep breaths.
What food/drink did you last waste? While I ate some of it, I couldn’t finish quite a bit of my pasta from a few nights ago. I knew if I ate more, I’d be in for trouble.
