10 Ridiculous Things I’ve Done For Writing

I got the idea from @smallnico

Task: List 10 ridiculous things you’ve done for your writing and tag writingwordsoup.

Gone to an archery spent three hours shooting to see when my arm might start hurting and about how long it would take for it to stop hurting.

Watched countless documentries about poisions.

Built a pillow fort so i had a creative place to write.

Recorded how people walk so I could acuraetly describe peoples walks.

Stayed up so late writing I missed class.

Asked all my friends to take pictures of their eyes and text them to me so I could make a reference list of eye colors. Each person sent me 3 different photos in 3 different types of light.

Taken photos of houses and created a lay out for them so I could use the house in my writing.

Paid to go on a helicopter just so i knew what it felt like.

Bowwed a friends phone so i could type up a text conversation between two characters,

Trashed a whole story ¾ of the way through and started over because i had grown to hate my main character.
