Tomorrow is a fresh start.
And you know what?
You can take as many fresh starts as you need.

Reblog if your start weight was/is 200+ pounds
220lbs roughly
Start weight was probably closer to 240-245.. sitting currently at 230 after 4 weeks of eating a little healthier, no longer drinking pop and going to the gym 3-4 days a week. Still got a long way to go though.. I'd like to get down to about 175-180 at least before i start working to just tone up.
200x Crunches, 125x Jumping Jacks, a little bit of dumbbell lifting 40Ibs 10 sets of 10 reps, gonna grab a quick bite to eat and then off to the gym for an hr or 2... Starting my weekend out the right way!
Still not even close to where I wanna be but it's a start! I weighed 236.5 on 4/4/18.
I have been struggling with weight since I was in highschool. I was the loner type with a very small circle of friends, didn't play sports, wasn't active enough. I haven't liked what I have seen In the mirror in years! Every year I tell myself, this is gonna be my year to prove to myself I can do this. In the past I have been discouraged by not seeing fast results, not realizing how much time it can take. Well I'm going on 5 weeks of no pop, not eating out as much and going to the gym 3-4 days a week and at least an hr each day. Not seeing the kind of progress I want yet, but I'm not discouraged because I am starting to feel better overall in health. next step I want to take is to find a good meal replacement shake/bars that the taste is bareable to keep taking and not giving up on. I gladly accept any feed back you may have and would love to hear some weight loss success as well, anything to keep my head up and keep moving.
