Since Kagari has been, you know either locked up or supervised most of his life; do you think he's a virgin? If not, how'd it happen?

I think he’s a virgin. I mean I’m certain that he thinks about sex a lot, and that he’s very cheesy and flirty and such, but I don’t think there would have been a time for him to have sex with somebody - or even, somebody to have sex with! 

I suppose if it did happen though, perhaps it’s with a cute enforcer from another division. 

Oh, and if it did happen he would be the most nervous wreck and almost constantly checking if he was doing it right.
