  [★] A small furry rodent that looked like a cross between a rabbit and a mouse had waddled over to the little girl and allowed her to pick it up, chirping happily in her arms. “Mieu, mieu!” It cried out as its little arms waved slightly. Elize couldn’t help but blush at the adorable critter in her arms. She almost hadn’t noticed the green haired boy nearby until he’d spoken up. Surprised, the girl had nearly dropped the Cheagle, but didn’t. She continued to hold it as she addressed the other.

     ”Yes, I think it does…" Elize chuckled awkwardly. "It’s so cute… What exactly is this adorable creature, anyway?”

Ion watched the scene, warmth washing over him as he did. It was truly a blessing that the girl didn't tug or question the creature, like most unaware children tended to do. Instead, she was gentle and even nice to it, without knowing what the creature was. 

While he did feel a tiny bit bad for surprising her, his smile remained intact. "It's a Cheagle. Cheagles are scared creatures of the Order of Lorelei."

Ion tilts his head, noticing the Cheagle in the stranger's arms. "It seems to like you."

She certainly is around, relaxing on her own.” Mild smile pressuring her pink lips, she offers a compassionate deprived of pity and of course the incertitude of her taken action for a young child remaining a stranger. Furthermore, conversely chatting with Ion wholly shifted the initial query Mikono had to demand politely, her fathomable attention plastered upon the sumptuous scenery of the church.

                        “This spot is beautiful. May I ask if you come often here?”

She spoke as if she knew Anise, but that didn't seem to bother him. He nodded, hoping that much himself. "I don't think it would be fair to seek her out then. I'll let her enjoy herself." While he was fragile, he was also fine for the time being. The sudden question made him look around quickly before nodding in response. 

"As much as I can. It really is, isn't it?" He took a longer look around, taking in everything around him better before looking back to her with a small smile.

I SAY GO FOR IT. i'm not familiar of your muse besides what's on your about page so i wouldn't have any ideas how to make it work myself but hey if you feel it it'll work out

The suggestion caught him off surprise, and his eyes widened even if only for a moment. Ion gave a light shake of the head. "I'm not so sure I would want to interrupt her if it's not important. Anise might show up anyway. Thank you for the offer, though. It's appreciated."

The more he realized he didn’t understand, the more difficult it became to admit to his ignorance. "Sometimes it’s kinda hard to ask, even when you want the help."

"I think confused would be a better term." He pointed out, with a smile. Right now, he was still managing to keep positive. "If both parties feel the same way, there's no need for anybody to be embarrassed. It's very likely nobody knows why." It was true he saw that being possibly true. "I'll tag along, if you'd like."

Words of encouragement aside, he still would stay by Luke's side if Luke wanted him to.
