How exciting!
Oh my, oh my, another world to grace with my presence! Oh, well... perhaps grace isn't the right word. A grand entrance is not in store this time. This world is thriving; no need to upend the establishment just yet.
How long has it been, since I last lived as a human? Years, perhaps? Decades, even? It doesn't matter: time has blended too much for me to care. I am but a wandering god now; no need for me to find a place to call home.
Alas, my responsibilities lie elsewhere. I have a world to tend to. But, I've scarcely tended to my own desires. A break is in order, no? Yes, I do believe so. And what better place than right here, in this world teeming with life?
Ah, there's so many people here. I can only imagine the countless stories that have been told, all the lives that have lived in this world's lifetime. Oh my, that's a lot of lives. I suppose I could learn about them during my visits.
A rift opens up, hidden away in a building long abandoned. Yes, a perfect place for a quiet entry. I step through into this world, the rift sealing shut behind me. This place, it was a market once. I can see the shelves, stocked with nothing but dust. What wares were sold here, I wonder?
No matter. I am here now. My entrance is complete. Now, where shall I go next? Well, I suppose the first place should be outside of here, right? Yes, that would be a good start. I search the abandoned market, weaving through shelves and rooms to find an exit. Soon, I find a door leading outside. Ah, a back entrance. Exactly what I was hoping for.
Oh dear, that was a lot, wasn't it? Apologies. My thoughts tend to wander when I have an audience. Yes, I mean you. Did you think I wasn't aware? I am a god; my gaze spans worlds. Oh, don't worry, I do not mind. In fact, I welcome it!
Come, and stay a while! You've already observed this much!
