I had to make the hollandaise sauce twice because when I tried to rewarm it as I was putting all the parts together, I did it too fast and it turned into a creamy egg consistency. This picture wasn’t taken today, a while ago actually. When I actually had some free time on a day off to treat myself. One of my favorite morning rituals is to cook breakfast. I think breakfast is the most important meal, not because of the nutritional value or having energy for the day type stuff but because it sets the tone for the rest of the day.
