Influencer brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate have been arrested by federal authorities Saturday in Miami, according to U.S. Marshals Service.

Apparently they are being prosecuted for additional sexual offenses:

On December 3 of that same year a grand jury decided not to charge the NYPD officer who put Garner in a lethal chokehold. The event sparked protests and rallies across the US. On July 13, 2015, an out-of-court settlement was announced in which the City of New York would pay the Garner family $5.9 million. While the killer officer was eventually fired in 2019, none of the police involved in Garner's murder have been charged with any offence.
