The reason so many men freak out about people pointing out male violence isn't because they're actually secretly coordinating to protect each other, it's that male violence is an inherent part of male biology and being against it is anti-male, and that's okay. When they go on MRA rants, they aren't truly defending some random criminal on TV, or some 'controversial' male actor, and chances are that they may not even be violent themselves. They are defending the (percieved) right to their biology. Male reproductive process is inherently predatory in nature. They're just responding as a self defense mechanism. Wouldn't you expect a cat to justify their canines if you pointed out their habit of killing mice?
