“That’s what I’ve heard, this city has a way of being, well, how can I put it without offending anyone, being problematic at times. Just like every other, but it has different vibes. Does that even make any sense?” Kitty’s glance wandered down to her feet. “Sounds like you’re a cheater, after all.” She chuckled. “Yeah, you make it sound like he’ll be a great person to get to know, maybe not on game night, though.”

“The big picture, huh? Makes someone wonder what got you into it, but then again, everyone could be curious why I’m into certain centuries, just as well.” Kitty tried holding in her laughter, as soon as the other made awkward gesticulations— ending up failing miserably. “I’m going to assume Best Buy wasn’t your first choice? As enthusiastic as you are, there are probably better places, though, a boring desk in an office with even more boring co-workers, possibly wouldn’t be able to handle you.”
