4 Cups All Purpose Flour

1-1/2 Cup Milk

1/2 Cup Ghee

1 tsp Salt

2 tbsp Sugar

Water for dough

2 Potatoes

1 Can Chickpeas

1 Cup Cilantro

3 Large Green Chilies

1/2 tsp Chili powder

1/2 tsp Chili Flakes

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

Salt to taste

1 tsp crushed coriander seeds

1/4 tsp tartaric acid

or achar masala

Spring roll wraps.
