Hamilton County Judge Jeffrey Atherton has apparently used the recent United States Supreme Court ruling on same-sex marriage as a justification for denying a heterosexual couple a divorce. The judge seems to feel if SCOTUS can expand marriage to homosexual couples, he can prevent heterosexual couples from getting a divorce.
