There's a place inside each of us that is safe, and love softly bubbles up all the time. A place where there is deep rest, and wholeness... We can close our eyes, dive into the Silence, rest and remember.

I hope with the complexity and dissonance of the world right now we are each giving our emotions (with all their flavors) permission to exist and move through us. There is much to feel about, and acknowledging, experiencing, and witnessing those feelings is part of embracing our humanity authentically. There is much work that we must keep doing, within ourselves and pushing for external change. I hope you take time to renew your Self, my friend.
