Guest Article: 7 Foods you can Eat to Lose Weight
Guest Article: 7 Foods you can Eat to Lose Weight
Second week of being a vegan and I'm feeling completely amazing and have a lot more energy than I usually do.... hoping to start getting back to the gym ASAP :):)
How my first 7 days vegan challenge has gone, And why I have chosen to stay a vegan.
well on Friday 18th August this year I decides to try the 7 day vegan challenge and all week I had not thought about meat because I stopped eating that about 9 months. I thought it would be very hard to stop eating the dairy food that I love very much, but I proved myself wrong. I haven't thought about none of them what so ever. And this week has been a complete breeze I have even been able to have more spiritual experience's than I normally have on a weekly basis. Now to the reason I chose to try the 7 day vegan challenge was because I was having a lot of pains in my legs and feeling more tired than I used to and completely sluggish everyday, I would also find myself sleep 18 hours a day because of the pain I was in all the time. since being on the vegan challenge this last 7 days, the pain in my legs has plummeted for a pain scoring of through the roof to a score of 2, I'm not needing the strong pain relief that I was on everyday, which whilst controlling the extremities of pain I was in it was essentially screwing up my liver and kidneys, and I did not want that to happen to me, I'm far to young to be on renal dialysis for the rest of my life. over the last 5 days my energy levels have shot back up to nearly normal, so I'm hoping very soon I will be able to get back to the gym on a regular basis to get back to a healthier and fitter self.
