i think what the last anon meant is if it's an open or closed roleplay. like, can they rp with blogs and characters outside of it or not

that would be a no! in order to keep the dashes of all members nice and clean, there will be no rping with blogs outside of shapeshiftingdespair. you may, however, use a different blog featuring the same character to do regular rps.
