Ingredients: 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup coconut sugar. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease an 8x8 inch 20x20 cm baking pan. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, unsweetened applesauce, vanilla extract, and salt. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, cut into squares and enjoy your delicious gluten-free vegan brownies!
