You may have heard the news about Tumblr committing suicide (a.k.a. banning all NSFW content from december 17).

I want to thank all the wonderful TF community for the long hours of entertainment many talented creators have provided.

I am sorry that this stupid decision is going to break apart a network of writers and readers that had been steadily growing for years.

Tumblr has been a collector for people that now are going to be dispersed among dozens of platforms: looking at other posts I’ve already seen people thinking about CYOC, gayspiralstories, discord, mastodon, pillowfort, fur affinity, muscle forum, and a few others… so it seems like the blow to this and many other communities is going to be a deadly one :(

I hope with time a new safe harbour will emerge, but for the moment, if you have created something on your blog that is dear to your heart…
