Do regular colds and flus help l00se weight?? I know a stomach flu would be amazing for that. I woke up with all the traditional flu symptoms so if I can't work out I at least want this to do something useful.

♡ August 9th Diary ♡

The most amazing thing happened today!! I ran into a family friend who I haven't seen in months and she literally stopped me to say "you've lost a fuck ton of weight! What's your secret?!" I couldn't believe it!! I've been trying to l00se weight since February (I only got back to ⭐️🪽 the past few weeks though) and my hard work is paying off!! My sw was disgustingly high so there's still a long way to go, but I'll be riding this high for a while!!

I did have to eàt with the family friend but it was worth it to hear her comments about my weight!

I had to break my fast yesterday at 20 hours from a family outing. It was under €300 but I'm still mad at myself for it. I did a lot of exercise yesterday though so hopefully that counters it!

I should've done better. I should've done more. But I'm not letting two off days discourage me!! I'm 17 hours into a new fast and have no outings today where I'll have to eat. I can do this!

TW general mental health rant

When really awful things have happened to you in the past, I think people forget that you can still struggle. When I was a teenager my mental health was extremely bad and I went through all sorts of trauma. I was hospitalized multiple times and spent 9 months in inpatient care for it.

Now I'm 22, and I'm doing bad again. And everytime I try to talk to family or friends they hit me with "you're doing so much better than you think you are" or "look at all you've overcome! You can do hard things". I'm sick of it. I'm not doing better than I think i am. I'm actually doing a lot worse than they're willing to admit. I've already overcome so much bullshit and I'm tired of it. I don't want to keep having to be strong. I don't want to keep overcoming.

I literally told my friend I'm in a downwards spiral and my mental health is awful right now. All I got was "lol same". I know everyone has their own shit going on but I wish someone would hear my cries for help.

I am SO disappointed in myself!! I went out with family and had to eat. I feel gross. I'm not even 100% sure if my numbers are correct for dinner since it was a local restaurant. Tomorrow I will be doing cardio all day to burn this off. Pleaseeeee share your best çàĺ burning exercises with me!! Let's see how long I can fàst now to get rid of this junk!

Hi angel! Everyone gets off track sometimes 𖹭

I've been off track for an embarrassingly long time, and it can be hard! I was sitting down a few weeks ago and out of nowhere decided I needed to reach my gw now! Instead of telling myself I was starting tomorrow I started right then.

Watching messy mukbang videos is one of my fav motivators! Seeing gross food dripping everywhere instantly kills my appetite.

I also encourage everyone (except myself lol) to try recovery. It's obviously hypocritical, but be smart and be as safe as possible 𖹭

I hate having a small budget for everything. I want to get a smart watch to keep track of cáls burned and stay consistent. I want to get a scale so I can actually know my wëigĥt and see my progress. I hate not knowing.
