001✗ It was an accident
So that’s what that ball was. Now that he mentioned it, the thing did look familiar. Didn’t she sign up for that sport because it involved a whole lot of kicking? That was definitely it then. “You’re probably right.” She agreed with a small nod. “I definitely need to be more careful next time.”
Though the boy’s name was strange, it was unique. The girl would probably remember it; she was rather good with names and faces anyway. She glanced up at the taller, noting the sudden change in his mood, the frown on his face. It didn’t take her long to piece two and two together.
“That was your room wasn’t it?” She asked, blinking once. “If it was, I’m terribly sorry. I can clean it up if you would like, it is my fault after all.” That was the only thing she could think of doing. It wasn’t like the female had any money to replace the window. The only currency she had wasn’t much, and definitely wasn’t going to work in this place. Who knew how much a window would cost to fix and replace. She was good at cleaning though, and a little bit of glass wasn’t enough to make her wary of it.
"What gave you that idea?" He said sarcastically. Sasuke sighed quietly, before he put his hand back into his pocket. He jingled the dorm keys he'd been given. Though he didn't understand why they had given him so many. One was for the building's front door? But even as he was approaching Morgiana, he could see people walking in and out of the building as they pleased. It didn't look like he'd need a key to get in. Then they had provided him with two keys for his actual room. Probably just in case he lost one. Still, it was a little ridiculous.
Dark eyes glanced down at the redhead. At least she was offering to help. The real question was, did he want her help? Did he even want to continue talking to her? He looked from the shattered window, then to the people around them. Most of them were walking with at least one other person. It would probably benefit Sasuke to play nice with the other kids, rather than brushing them off as useless like he wanted to.
"You know what? It's fine..." He said, half apologizing for his sarcasm. "You could make it up to me by helping me clean it up, though."
Sasuke took a step forward and with flick of his wrist, motioned for her to follow.
