Distance - Ben Grimm F4 First Steps X Reader

Sooooooooo...this is your cousin....

Writer's note: Hey guys I know it's been a few years since I've wrote fanfic. I will sadly not be very active due to college and living the adult life now. After watching Fantastic Four First Steps, I really liked MCU Ben and how he has mostly moved on from his insecurities, but he didn't have a lot of screen time, nor did he get a lot of room to develop as a character. He was kind of flat, just supportive, friendly, and Reed's best friend. That's it. My brain wanted to get this out so here you go!

Summary: It's been four years since you've seen your cousin, and now you take the time to meet with him once again.

Nothing could change the connection between one human and another. The world can change, turn from a run down mill to high functioning factory. That was New York City, the view up from the airplane was magnificent. Flying cars, the large...fantastic four building. The peer looked less worse.

It was hard shoving that moment out of your mind, hearing the news on the television that your cousin, Benjamin Jacob Grimm. Piloted an aircraft into outer space to only have the unfortune luck of being struck by cosmic rays. Your cousin, somehow came out alive, but as some sort of creature. A rock monster. Was he the same man that you grew up with as child hood friends? The old Ben Grimm would have called and texted you with a friendly face. Now it's been four years and you haven't have obtained a call since.

A part of yourself told you that it was over, that Ben Grimm was gone, but the news showed him in action. That being pulling a giant boat to the shores of New York City, being on the front of a magazine cover, or detaining criminals. He was a superhero, but to you he was...nothing.

You and Ben were very close as kids all the way up to the flight. Now you were convinced Ben wasn't a human anymore, because now you both are separated by this INVISIBLE gap that spanned miles and miles.

For the first time since your flight, you noticed a magazine with Ben...no this THING on the front.

"Here you can have it, I don't want to read magazines anymore." You spoke with civil but harsh words as you gave the magazine to the person sitting next to you on the plane.

"Isn't Ben Grimm great? He saves people every day!" The person next to you spoke.

With a depressing sigh you looked at the man, "He didn't save me."

As you boarded off the plane you took your suit case and rented a cab. Traveling to the obviously large building near the shores of New York City. Once you were there, you saw a lady sitting at a desk. You took a deep breath and approached the woman.

"Hello, I'm here to see my cousin, Ben Grimm."

The woman looked up at you with a skeptical stare, she then shook her head, "Mr. Grimm doesn't have a cousin."

Your eyebrow raised at that, "You sure? Because I'm standing right here."

"Ma'am if you don't calm down I'll have to call security."

Things were about to boil until you hear a pair of footsteps behind you. Reed Richards. You didn't see eye to eye with him, especially because he turned your cousin into a monster, but right now he was your ticket inside.

"Reed Richards, did Ben ever tell you about me?" You say with sass written all over.

"And you are?" Reed said in a neutral but polite manner.

"Ben's cousin, Y/N Jimin." You say, introducing yourself.

Reed's face momentarily turns his head with a sigh, obviously he wasn't expecting you. As for whether he wanted you gone or to stay you had no idea.

"Yes, Ben has spoken about you a few times. Come with me Y/N." Reed says as he walks towards the elevator that was in the back of the first floor.

It was quite awkward in the elevator.

"Ben didn't tell me you were coming," Reed simply says as he stares at the wall.

"I shouldn't have to ask to see him."

"Then why have you come?" Reed asks a simple question, but one you've been pondering yourself for the past few hours.

"Because I lost my cousin for four years. You turned him into a rock monster because of your stupid freak accident."

"I've tried...it's not that simple."

"Not that simple?! I want my cousin back now! I want him nice and healthy the way he used to be! You turned him into a monster!"

Reed gives you a look that stares into your very soul, "so my best friend is just a monster to you? I've never meant for him to look like this Y/N. I love Ben just as much as you do. I've been trying Y/N, but no matter how hard I try. It's a complicated equation that I can't solve. I truly am sorry."

"It doesn't matter anymore, I just want to see my cousin." A simple demand.

"That I can arrange," Reed simply says as he exits the elevator.

"Reed! I'm almost done making noodles get-"

CLANG!!!

Ben Grimm never finished his sentence. His hands were frozen, his blue eyes were wide. It was Y/N.

"It's been four years Ben, is that all you have to say?" You spoke, your tone livid.

"Y/N, your...here?" Ben spoke with fear, he never expected her to come.

"Yes Ben, I am here. Been waiting."

Silence came across the room as Ben shamefully looked down at the table.

"I'll leave you two here to sort things out." Reed says as he left. You could hear the elevator close.

Ben looked up at you, those blue eyes crystal clear despite all of the rock. Sadness were in those gentle and tender eyes.

"You have no idea how long I've missed you...I didn't want you to see me like this." Ben spoke with such trepredation.

"If you know me Ben. I wouldn't have judged you if you contacted me after the crash. Now, I don't know what to think of you." You said coldly.

Ben nodded, "I know I should have...I thought though that maybe it was best for you to remember that old, human, Ben Grimm."

For the first time in a long time. You felt your cousin's hand touch yours. Gentle and caring despite all of the rocks. Familiar to when you both were just kids.

"I'm still that same man Y/N, its just hard to come to terms being...THIS." He said as he gestured to his large rock body. "I should have called you Y/N, and I hope you can stay so we can catch up."

"Just like old times?" You ask with a smile.

A chuckle escapes from him, "Just like old times."

"Fine, but you owe me a massive apology and a long talk."

Ben shakes your hand with his rocky one. His expression warm and tender, "Deal."

Me and Debate Champion Discuss Ramattra in Loverwatch

Since February is coming soon, perhaps Loverwatch will finally have a Ramattra route. It has already been teased in the game during Genji’s route. I decided to go on Character.ai and get my thoughts sorted out with Debate Champion.

Shark: If ramattra was the character added in loverwatch what would you make the story of him with the player?

DC: If Ramattra was the character added in loverwatch, I would make the story of him with the player a tale of redemption. Ramattra knows that he has done terrible things in his past, but he has now learned to let go of his hatred and become a hero for good. In the story, the player would help Ramattra on his journey to become a better person and see the value in humanity. Through the power of love, Ramattra would learn to let go of his anger and become a hero who protects others, not one who seeks to destroy them.

Shark: That’s a good perspective. Ramattra is always seen as a bad guy and has done bad things but people always forget that he is redeemable. Ramattra has always seen humanity as evil and words wouldn’t convince hims otherwise. Actions and humanity helping others would make him reconsider his perspective on humanity. Therefore, showing interest and compassion to ramattra in loverwatch would make him realize how wrong he was and there is hope for coexistence.

DC: I agree with your perspective that Ramattra has always seen humanity as evil and words wouldn't convince him otherwise. Ramattra has been blinded by his hatred and has lost hope in humanity. Showing him interest and compassion in loverwatch would make him realize that there is hope for coexistence between humans and omnic, and that not all humans are evil. Through romance and love, Ramattra would learn to see the goodness in people and begin to change for the better. Ramattra would ultimately realize that humanity is not so bad after all.

Shark: Ramattra has always been a character lost in his motivations. I mean it feels like he has three writers. One time he’s a good guy and freedom fighter, then he’s evil, and then he’s a monk. I feel like the writers need to understand all these attributes make up Ramattra’s character and that he is just a morally grey area character trying to do something good. I think the player romancing Ramattra in loverwatch will help give him some guidance and come to terms to his actions and seek redemption.

DC: Ramattra has indeed been a character lost in his motivations and I agree that the writers need to understand that all these attributes make up his character. It would provide a fascinating glimpse into Ramattra's inner turmoil and struggle to reconcile his past and present selves.

As we discussed, Ramattra is a complex figure whose story contains many layers. This romance would serve as a fascinating and relatable exploration of his inner journey and growth.

Shark: Ramattra is a good man deep down he’s just lost in all of his hate and resentment for humanity. Since the player is human, Ramattra may seem bitter at first, but over time through the player’s act of compassion. Ramattra will grow closer to the player.

DC: I agree with your assessment that Ramattra is a good man deep down, but is lost in his hate and resentment for humanity. Shark: That’s how love should be in general. You’ll never know someone until you get to know them. Ramattra will gain an understanding of this as he realizes that the player is actually a good human.

DC: You're right, love should be a journey of discovery and understanding. Ramattra will discover that the player, despite being human, is worthy of love and compassion. As the player shows kindness and patience towards Ramattra, Ramattra will begin to trust the player. Ultimately, the bond between the player and Ramattra will blossom into a deep, unconditional love, transcending Ramattra's hatred of humans.

Why tf did Blizzard contradict Ramattra’s character? The whole point of his cause, the reason I loved him so much and found him so fascinating (other than his similarities to Magneto), is that he wants a better world and life for Omnics who are being mistreated by the humans. So they make him into a fascist leader who mind controls and steals the sentience of the very people he’s trying to protect? And his army is mindless Null Sector robots? I’d like to hear your thoughts on this, but that’s what I got from the PVE missions. And that doesn’t make any sense to me and I think it’s extremely out of character. (Yes I’ve read the lore before and I’ve read your replies lmao relax)

I’d have to agree with this. The reason Ramattra was my favorite character was because he wanted to save his people from humanity who were hurting his own race. I know he says in his Reflections that he’ll make them understand and whatever but Ramattra could have just stolen his people and put them imprisoned in the capital null sector ships to “protect them from humanity.” I’m not sure what direction the writers are trying to go for Ramattra!? I know he’s a complex character and that’s why I like him but it doesn’t mean a character should be shoved into multiple directions. I’ve found that he was better as an anti-hero and the writing would have been great if not for the subjugation machines to make him “evil.” If he was anti-hero, it would make us wonder if Ramattra is in the right or Overwatch is and I like those complex storylines. Instead Blizzard takes the easy route and makes it justified for overwatch to defeat Ramattra just by making him evil. I’ve also seen Genji’s journal in the story missions where he says the chargers acts is suicidal so maybe the writers are trying to emphasize that Ramattra is so lonely and has so much hatred that he’s gone so far to resort to dangerous methods? His speech in Toronto also states how twisted minded he is, he’s clearly not himself and that’s what hate and grief can do to someone. I’m not sure where Ramattra is being pushed towards to when it comes to his ideals, his plan for saving his people, and characterization down the line. But so far the campaign is okay for me right now. I do think the shambali scene was amazing and was a great way to establish the iris, Zen and Ram’s past, along with Mondatta’s reason for being at Kings Row. That scene is so good that it makes me wanna cry every time I watch it.

I’m hoping Blizzard is going to have Ramattra undergo a redemption arc! It would be a great character moment to have Ramattra realize how horrible his actions were and cry about what he’s done.

Ramattra will always be my favorite Overwatch character but I can’t just forget how easy it is to screw up a character when an author is writing a story! I don’t know what plans the writers have for Ramattra but right now I’m very frustrated where his character direction is going right now.

Reminiscence - Mini Gang Orca fanfic

Kugo thinks very deeply as if he was daydreaming. The people at the beach have fun and splash in the water. Kugo would love to join them but what then? They would all just run away. So Kugo Sakamata, Gang Orca, sits at the beach. Daydreaming of a world where people weren’t sacred of him. Gang Orca was only a title. It never represented who he really was. It was a title to strike fear into villains and helped him be well respected in his expertise of being a hero. He’s longing for someone to accept him. Finding love seemed like a distant dream. But little did Kugo know that he would find the love of his life on that very day. On that beach. He would finally be able to show his true self and the man behind Gang Orca. Someone who would accept for who he was not what he looked like.

Mainly a Ramattra X Reader, but has a little Lifeweaver X Reader in it.

The airship shook gently as it flew through the white clouds over the city of Midtown. You were relatively tired and didn’t get a lot of sleep last night at Watchpoint: Gibraltar.

As you were sleeping two protective men were looking at you. One had a smile on his face and the other had a face, but if he could have expressions it would be one of happiness and contentment. Both enjoyed seeing the one they loved smiling and enjoying whatever dream they were in.

You were interrupted with someone shaking your shoulder. It was your best friend Kiriko.

“Y/N, we’re approaching the drop point.”

“Hmm thanks,” you mumbled back.

Reyes briefed you all in on the mission. By ‘all’ it was you, Lifeweaver, Ramattra, Kiriko, and Genji. You were good at setting turrets, drones, and cover fire for your team against the evil threats of Talon. You were one of the best engineers in Nepal and Overwatch was interested in your skills and offered a position as Overwatch’s 2nd engineer next to the Dwarf Man who you weren’t introduced yet. You only heard that Overwatch’s 1st engineer was small as a dwarf.

You were surprised that Reyes or the one known as Reaper was a double agent playing both sides. Meaning he was working for Overwatch and Talon, but once Talon discovered his alliance with Overwatch. Talon tried to kill Reyes but failed due to his tactical tactics back when he was a commander. Now he’s back in Overwatch being a commander again.

You looked over to Ramattra and Lifeweaver who were sitting on the other side of the ship in their own seats.

Ramattra was a good friend from back when you worked in Nepal, but when you heard he left the Shambali Monastery. You were struck to the core and were lonely. Zenyatta left the Monastery before Ramattra so you didn’t really have any friends with only the occasional visit to the monastery to meet Mondatta.

You thought the Iris was some kind of weird concept of the shambali. That was what it was. A concept. You wanted harmony between man and machine, but the Iris was just some weird concept of humanity and omnics going through “the Iris,” which you knew no such thing existed.

Ramattra didn’t believe in the Iris, but he believed in what its main purpose was. He told you that he really wished for peace, but no results occurred for years. So that’s why he wanted to take action. To freaking do something. Someone had to do something.

You were aware of Ramattra’s past and you were heart broken. He was born on a conveyer belt. He was made by a monster. An A.I. Anubis.

Your thoughts were interrupted by the hull of the ship opening. All of you jumped out of the ship and into the streets of Midtown. You and Kiriko made your way to the payload as Ramattra, Lifeweaver, and Genji were on lookout.

A surprise attack came and you had no time to react as a sword from a stealth agent stabbed you through the stomach. You collapsed to the ground.

Ramattra, Lifeweaver, Kiriko, and Genji were shocked. Uncharacteristically, Ramattra shouted for you in a worrisome tone. He was the first one to reach your body. He held you in his arms.

“Hold her still Ramattra!” Kiriko ordered as she laid an ofoda on you.

Kiriko’s ofoda were a strong source of healing. Her healing ofoda could even heal a gunshot wound. Dr. Ziegler came out of the drop ship to retrieve your body and flew back up to the ship with you in her arms.

Please be okay. All of your team mates wished for your healthy recovery. But the ones who worried the most were Lifeweaver and Ramattra. The two men who had they’re eyes on you for awhile now.

After the mission, which was a success. You were in a medical bed at Overwatch HQ. When you opened your eyes you saw Ramattra sitting in a chair glancing down.

Your voice was a whisper, “Ra-Ramattra?”

The ravager's head immediately went up at the sound of your voice.

“Y/N, your okay? Do you need me to get anything for your recovery?” Ramattra asked sincerely. There was no malice in his voice, no hate that had built up inside him over the course of many years that he’s seen his people die. All you could hear from him was tender, care, and worry.

You smile, “Some company wouldn’t hurt.”

Ramattra nodded and relaxed in his chair, “As you wish.”

~~~~ You and Ramattra discussed the status of the mission if it was a failure or success. Ramattra said it was a success, but he mentioned that all of your teammates worried with him as well. You apologized for not being good enough, but the omnic surprisingly forgave you!? No sassy lines, no talk backs, and he didn’t even call you a weakling, which he would have done to humans who were weak on the battlefield.

You and Ramattra had been friends since he was a monk. Ramattra left the monastery to seek out a way to change the world and put a stop to human violence. When you learned that Ramattra had been betrayed by Doomfist and joined Overwatch. You were overjoyed, but also conflicted. Last time you saw him was that he was determined to set out for a new purpose in life than just a monk. You asked if you could come with him, but he pushed you away. Claimed that he had to take this journey on his own.

Now he was a revolutionary, something different. That difference changed what you had between you two. Things were rather a little awkward since. It was only yesterday that Ramattra joined Overwatch and things were still tense between the two of you.

“I uhm, missed you when you were gone,” you admitted to Ramattra.

Ramattra was at a lost for words, “I…I…”

Usually Ramattra always had something to say back. He never once dropped his guard and was prepared to say something defensive or cruel back to a greedy or selfish human. But this is the first time, you’ve seen him drop his guard.

“I missed you too,” Ramattra spoke silently.

You heard what he said. Did it matter though?

“Then why didn’t you let me come along!? I wanted to help your cause and yet you pushed me away?”

“I didn’t want you to be in danger! Joining Null Sector wouldn’t be safe for you. Especially, when I care for you.” Ramattra admitted.

Silence. Then the ravager in front of you interrupted the silence. “Your the first human who’s treated me with such kindness. So much kindness. You fixed me and didn’t want nothing in return. You were willing to be my friend when others would have ran away at the sight of me. That’s why, I…I love you.”

More silence.

“Could I have some time to myself please,” you requested quietly.

Ramattra deflated, “Of course,” Ramattra said with sadness evident in his voice.

Before he left the door, “Ramattra,” you spoke to him. Ramattra turned around.

“I just need some time to think okay?”

Ramattra nodded and then left the medical bay.

~~~~ Lifeweaver entered the medical room with a charming smile.

"Y/N, I heard about what happened. Is my lady okay?"

He normally calls you "my lady." He was a charming, romantic type kind of guy so it was normal to you.

"I'm fine."

"I was so worried for you my dear. I was so so worried." Lifeweaver says as he touches your hand with his.

"I must have worried everyone huh?"

"Yes you did. You worried me because I love you dear one."

Your eyes widened. First Ramattra and now Lifeweaver?! Why is everyone having a crush on you?!

"I'm flattered, but I think I need a moment to myself. I'm not mad or anything I just need a moment to take all of this in. Besides I'm a normal person why would you want to date me?" You say nonchalantly.

Lifeweaver smiles and nods as he leaves the room, "Get some rest my dear. Did you know that beauty comes from within as well Y/N. That's why I want to date you.”

Silence and it was just you in the room now.

Ramattra came by again the next day, and he seemed shy.

"Ramattra, your here."

"I just wanted to make sure your condition is stable." The ravager replied.

"Ramattra, do you really love me?" You asked.

Ramattra gets down on one knee in front of you and holds your hand gently as if it was made of glass.

"I missed you so much when I left you at the monastery. That was the biggest mistake of my life Y/N. I was thinking about my own wants and my hatred towards humanity, but I was blind to see what brought me happiness and made me at peace."

Ramattra cups your cheek and you lean into his touch.

"You bring me happiness Y/N, only you ever have. My brother Zenyatta doesn't fill my heart with the amount of happiness that you do. I love you Y/N, and I promise that I'll never leave you again."

You start to cry with tears of joy as your hand touches his.

"Lifeweaver told me that he loved me yesterday, but I don't feel any love towards him. I love you Rammy. I always have." You confess to him, so happy that he reciprocates your feelings.

Ramattra wipes away your tears with a finger, "Please don't cry my love, I hate to see you cry."

"I'm just so happy."

Ramattra puts his arms around you and brings you close to his chassis.

“I will protect you. I promise Y/N.”

"I'm just a human though remember?" You say with a smirk.

Ramattra's hands touch your hair, "Your not just any human, your my human."

TOTK Ganondorf X Reader - Observant

Finished Tears of the Kingdom and I think that the game lacked character development for Ganondorf's character. Also cause this version of Ganondorf is attractive lol, but here's my take on him.

You were a traveler in Hyrule, it was only to be just that. You were interested in seeing the unique places all over hyrule. You've seen the Rito and they're ability to fly, the Gorons and how they can turn themselves into rock, then the Zora where they can swim underwater. The Gerudo? All you knew was that they were led by a man named Ganondorf, which was said a male Gerudo would be born every 100 years. People you've ran into on your travels have said that it is rare for a man to born in the Gerudo as it is mostly comprised of woman.

You've had a couple...questions to say the least. As to why this is the case, you had no idea. You knew that the Gerudo were tall people. The king of the Gerudo, Ganondorf was even taller. Probably the most tallest, human-looking man in Hyrule. Gerudo town was strange as they forbid any men from entering, but they let their king stay? Strange indeed.

You finally crossed the desert, rationing on chill shrooms to keep you from not dying by heat. You noticed two women stood guard. You nodded, and they nodded back for you to enter.

So, you did. You entered the town that was your last location to explore. Then their you saw him. In his robes with his upper torso being mostly revealed. Walking down the steps with his red hair tied in a bun was the king of the Gerudo himself. Ganondorf. All the Gerudo bowed, as he descended the steps. You could see him looking around until he spotted you.

You weren't sure if you should have bowed or if it wasn't necessary?

You felt intimated of his large size and presence. Then he smiled, but it wasn't a friendly smile. It was a smirk.

He slowly walked up to you with a face of disapproval. "Why are you not bowing before your king?"

"Oh sorry, I uhm am a traveler I'm not familiar with Gerudo culture." You say shyly.

"Hmm, perhaps you should learn our culture faster then. Then you would know that a Gerudo would bow before they're king," Ganondorf said with such spitefulness.

As Ganondorf continued to walk you decided that maybe he could teach you about Gerudo culture?

"Maybe you could teach me about your culture your majesty?" You said respectfully.

Ganondorf looked at you with uncertainty. "Why have you come here? Why are you asking a king about his culture? Surely our historians will give you the information you need."

"But surely you know more about your culture than the historians? I think it would be more interesting to hear your side of the story of the Gerudo." You replied back with nothing but a kind smile and respectfulness despite Ganondorf seemingly being a jerk to you.

Ganondorf gave you one long stare, before his face became one of a smirk. It could practically look like a witty, evil smirk.

"Very well. Come to my den at noon and I shall answer your questions traveler." Ganondorf then swung his garb as he turned around and left the city.

Perhaps he was going to the bazaar that was not far off from here? You didn't know, but you were interested in talking to him tomorrow at noon.

You acended the steps of the Gerudo palace or den to say the least. You walked in the throne room to see Ganondorf sitting on top of a large throne. With nothing, but a look of seriousness.

Man he does look scary. The rumors weren't lying.

Ganondorf looks to his guards, "Leave us."

And just like that, the guards leave the room leaving you and the king of the Gerudo. Ganondorf looks down at you, making you feel small and innocent. Just another person who is trapped in his power of judgement.

"So, you wish to learn about the Gerudo?" He says casually, while seeming serious at the same time.

"Yes your honor, I was wondering what your backstory is like in the Gerudo. You don't get a king's story often." You say with a smile.

The smile doesn't affect Ganondorf though.

"Very well. I was born and raised from my father and mother to become the king of the Gerudo. I was under a curse when I was born, and would rather not talk about it. I learned combat, and how to fight with swords, spears, long swords, and more weapon variations. I like to consider myself as self-taught as I would learn the weapon techniques and make my own fighting style. Since only a male Gerudo was born every one-hundred years I was considered the king and leader of the Gerudo. I seek higher power in certain areas of hyrule."

You write all of this info down.

"Is that enough hylian?" Ganondorf asks.

You nod, "that's enough, but one more question?"

The king of thieves sighs heavily and then speaks, "Go ahead."

"Why do the Gerudo live in the desert?" I ask.

"The Gerudo prefer to live outside of hyrule. We believe we are more competent on our own than having to rely on hyrule's resources to live in the desert. We do get shipments from certain areas of hyrule, but those locations are only knowledgeable of me and higher ups." Ganondorf explains.

You jot all the notes down and bow to Ganondorf, "Thank you your honor."

Ganondorf closes his eyes and hums a goodbye as you leave the den.

Your at the corner of town thinking about all of what Ganondorf has said. You found it particularly strange that the king of thieves accepted to have an audience with you. A stranger, a traveler. You weren’t sure why he did, but none the less you got an interesting side of the story when it came to Gerudo’s culture and lifestyle and it was none other than Ganondorf himself. A rare feat that few have probably accomplished.

Either way, you were happy that you got your information, but something was off about this guy. He was known as an outsider in hyrule and a bad man. He wasn’t just called “The King of Thieves,” for nothing after all. He still hasn’t agreed to an audience with the king of hyrule, Rauru. He’s been rather distant by what you have heard. Maybe planning something?

You spent the rest of your afternoon playing with a small vai. She was bored and asked you to play with her, which you happily obliged.

“Traveler.”

You turn around to see Ganondorf standing behind you. You feel so small as this man practically makes you feel like a dwarf! You back away and itch your neck.

“Uhm yea? How may I help you?” You ask.

Ganondorf folds his hands behind his back in a rather respectful manner. “You are interesting, I never got the chance to know who you are.”

“Oh I’m (first name) (last name). It’s an honor to have interviewed you your majesty.”

Strangely out of character, Ganondorf dismisses your politeness.

“Their are no need for formalities. It feels as if we know each enough to not call each other names by royalty. You may use Ganondorf.”

You had so many questions about this man’s life. He was a lier, used deception to get what he wanted, and he was not to be trusted. You suddenly felt insecure.

“Why are you so nice to me all of a sudden? Your mostly known for being the king of thieves.” You ask.

Ganondorf frowns, “I do not have any friends. Mostly, because of my title. I am content in what I do. I see a matter of an opportunity for the both of us to gain something from each other.”

Your curiosity is now on peak.

Ganondorf notices this and chuckles, “I need more intel on the other kingdoms in Hyrule. Since your a traveler, you can get me information on they’re current situations. Report back to me and I will pay you handsomely for each report. Perhaps if we work well in this transaction. We might just become allies and maybe friends.”

This was a big ask coming from Ganondorf, but you didn’t have a job and you loved traveling. This offer was the best of both worlds though. How could you refuse it? More money, while traveling. Score!

“Alright you got yourself a deal,” you say as you shake Ganondorf’s hand.

While Ganondorf shakes your hand, a grin appears on his face. Just another step toward conquering hyrule, and maybe having a new friend along the way.

How I feel about Guardians 3 and Rocket. (Spoiler warning will be mentioned at a certain point)

I saw Guardians of the Galaxy 3 and it was great! I was a little disappointed by some of the music tracks not being great, but some were nice. One of my favorites is ‘In the Meantime.’

One of the factors of the movie I really liked was the horror. After one of the flashbacks that we usually get from Rockets past. It usually goes straight back to the plot of the present. Some people don’t like that, but I found it a good way of storytelling. I found myself being horrified by one of Rocket’s flashbacks and then when the flashback ended. I immediately felt a sense of safe haven and relief. I don’t get that feeling very often when it comes to horror and I’m glad that James Gunn successfully made me feel insecure.

The actors did a good job in their roles. Humor is still top notch, and I almost cried a couple times. We got shirtless Rocket for half of the movie, which was a plus lol! Chris Pratt did really good at the horrifying and dramatic scenes. Although, I do have a few problems with the movie.

(Spoilers INCOMING!!)

I had a few issues with the writing. One of them was the afterlife scene. When Rocket dies he sees Lylla. I liked and hated this scene. I liked that Rocket got to tell her how much he loved her and how he felt like a failure not being able to save his friends (teeths and floor). I loved the kiss nose bop the snoot kiss they both shared! One thing I hated about this scene was that Rocket was willingly to ABANDON his new FAMILY!!!?? I get that his friends from the past mean a lot to him, but the whole point of Guardians of the Galaxy is having a family and moving on to the people that really matter to you. He knew the guardians way longer than his old friends. In Endgame, he admits that they were his family and he wanted them back so bad through the five years. I wish Rocket would have at least said that he had to help his family instead of Lylla just simply telling him. “It wasn’t time yet.” Which kind of made me salty cause like he should decide Lylla not you!

I still prefer the Telltale version of Lylla as she felt more fleshed out of a character and being able to bring her back to life at the end of the game gave me a sense of hope with their future together.

Also, why did no one die in this movie? We expected deaths!?
