Watched the S10 opening last night, no longer a big fan so I was not that into it. Carol has always been my favorite character and I had a crush on Daryl / Norman for the longest time I have never been a Caryler but always hoped for those that were that the two would end up together. I have never had much hope it would happen but last night sealed it for me, Caryl is not going to happen.

After watching last night In my opinion they could not have made it any more clear that Caryl will never happen. They heavily hinted that Connie and Daryl might be an item although I believe it will never happen. I think they are on the old track that Daryl can never be truly happy so Connie will die before anything major occurs.

How many times can they say best friends, friendship bracelet, friends etc It’s hammering over the head that nothing will happen. I don’t know why, maybe it’s the fact that Norman sees himself as younger than his 50 years We all know he was pleased to be paired with 20 somethings. Maybe it’s the shows writers who want to keep Daryl alone because they think it will keep women fantasizing and watching a dying show. Maybe Mel doesn’t want to see their close friendship end up romantic. Whatever it is I now truly believe Caryl will not happen.

I watch the show without any leaning toward a ship, it’s just not my thing. What I saw clear as day was the writers were heavily hinting Daryl and Connie liked each other. It’s great Daryl wanted to be with Carol when she returned but they hammered home it was because he missed his FRIEND. And Carol gave no indication she thought of him as any more than her best bud.

I wish there was more but in my opinion there is not. I hope for all the lovely Carylers I have met along the way I’m wrong. I’m not really going to watch the show like I did 5 years ago, it’s just not the same. I wish all diehard TWD fans the best!

I love how Norman is now. I mean, he's always been a good guy but in his previous relationships everything seemed to revolve around him and his schedule. But 355 could be massive for Diane, and she's not only doing it with a baby in tow, her man is coming to her for time together. It seems like his most equal relationship ever from what I can tell, and I'm so glad he found that. Also my fandoms are colliding with Norman/Diane and Sebastian Stan all in the same city.

His life is his family. I adore the positive changes in him since Diane has been around. Norman seems so happy and settled.

I love seeing Norman so happy. I’ve only been a fan since TWD S2 but to me this is the happiest he has seemed. When an actor brings me joy through their movies or TV shows I want them to be living their best life. It’s fun for me to have my little crush, to swoon over Daryl Dixon and have a little spice added to my Sunday night. As a mature and reasonable fan I want the person I admire to be content in life. I love reading about happily married or involved in a serious relationship actors, it doesn’t diminish my ability to crush whatsoever. It actually enhances it, reading about how much Hugh Jackman or Denzel Washington love their wives only makes me crush harder. I love reading about Norman and Diane, it’s wonderful that they found each other and have this new chapter in their lives. I am also thrilled that Diane is going to be working with Sebastian Stan on 355, he is adorable! I’m hoping we get some pictures. Unfortunately he too has some some fans who feel they own him and know what’s best. The last time he was seen in public with a date his “fans” eviscerated her. He has gone silent on social media which is for the best. It’s so strange to me that fans can get it all so twisted and cause or wish harm and unhappiness to the very people they profess to admire.

The select few they call themselves Norman’s fan yet constantly attempt to spread lies and hate about his girlfriend and daughter should maybe pay attention to his likes ? Over the past two days almost all of Norman’s likes have been people defending his girlfriend and daughter. It baffles me and hurts my heart that these awful people cannot take a hint. Clearly Norman loves his girlfriend and daughter very much. Clearly he is happy with them and with Diane by choice not against as well. The behavior I’ve seen in the past week has deeply disturbed me. What you’re doing is not okay your actions are very concerning. You’ve become obsessed with a couple that is just simply trying to live their lives. Put down the phone shut off your computer go outside and live in the real world. No fan of Norman’s speaks of his family the way you do. No fan of Norman’s disrespects him in this way. Stop what you’re doing this Insanity has to stop.

The funniest thing I read today was from someone with a name like Puke, it stated “the delusional ones see whatever they imagine.” She was referring to us. We believe the simplest explanation when it comes to Diane, Norman and their baby, Occam’s razor. They met, fell in love, had a baby and are living happily together. They have invented so many outlandish stories about Norman, Diane and the baby, comically far fetched theories yet we are delusional. I do believe many of them are still NR fans and are hanging on for the day he and Diane end their relationship, if that day ever comes they will hate the next woman. Hopefully most of them drop off and turn their attention to something new, I think Norman and Diane are in for the long haul so they will have a long time to wait if they are hoping for a break up. If they do turn their attention to something new I hope it’s to something positive that brings them happiness every day. Waking up every morning and seeking out information on someone they dislike, and then spending hours posting negative comments must be exhausting. You have to have zero good going on in your life to spend so much time each day being bitter and negative about a perfect stranger. Norman picked her, if you don’t like her and it ruins your view of him find a new actor to admire or get a hobby.

I’m not a cz shipper but am confused about the “zeke was controlling” narrative I’m seeing.

I’ve seen the scene between daryl and zeke and unless I missed something, zeke was saying Carol wanted what i want TO HOLD HER SON AGAIN.

Zeke has watched his wife open up to another man while she wouldn’t open up to him.

I saw envy over the emotional bond between Carol and Daryl.

I saw desperation to hold on to a piece of what he lost.

Carol was different with zeke, something many of us pointed out, and ak confirmed was another chapter of her life.

Basically it was another incarnation of who she is.

We know she didnt share certain parts of herself with zeke (Jeb, meeting Daryl)

I’d argue zeke didn’t know Carol fully, only the “carol” she showed him.

To say zeke is probably confused is an understatement. He’s never met Daryl’s Carol, until he did.

Anyhoo, knowing all this I get why he was envious, I just dint see the controlling.

I also want to add, dude this is Carol! You really think she was gonna let a man ever control her again?

I have so many issued with that idea/narrative. Zeke was the farthest thing from controlling. We saw multiple times that Carol did what she wanted to do, and didn’t do what she didn’t want to do. I mean, FFS she went 6 years refusing to be called “Queen.”

Was I irked that he spoke for Carol? A bit, yeah. But he wasn’t being unreasonable, he wasn’t being angry, he was being SAD. He wanted his wife to grieve with him, not without him. And while I’m a firm proponent of letting people grieve how they need to unless its directly harming themselves or others, it wasn’t unreasonable for him to want to share that with his wife. Their son died.

And you know what else? He didn’t raise a ruckus over her leaving him, either. He didn’t try to change her mind, or sway her. He simply said he knew she was doing what she thought she had to, and that he’d love her forever. That is NOT a controlling response. So miss me with it, please.

So, no, give Carol some credit here, for making her own choices and doing what she wanted to do.

I think the lack of empathy for his character gets tied up in the shipping wank.

Whatever people say, zeke loved her, appreciated her and respected her.

Did he know her or her persona she was living at the time? You know my answer, he knew the Carol she allowed him to know.

Zeke was in love and Carol was living a fairytale life.

I just habe a lot of issues with some of the narratives I’m seeing in the fandom.

But to each their own, I can ignore the comments that make me scratch my head, lord knows I’ve done that plenty of times in this fandom

Anyone seeing Zeke as abusive to Carol is simply blinded by shipper goggles. What they had was as real as it could be, she wanted it desperately but it couldn’t survive the death of their child. This is a common occurrence in real life when a child dies. She turned to the one person who knows her truly and Zeke saw, he asked Daryl to leave because he was grasping at straws trying to save his relationship. It was a natural response, and perhaps even the right idea. But Carol already left the relationship and Daryl knew that, I think Zeke did too on some level. It’s a very sad part of TWD story and written very true to real life. I don’t know what the future hold for Zeke or Carol but I hope they never give her another child to lose, I will honestly stop watching.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen the trolls so upset with Norman for posting photos of his girl 🤣🤣🤣 it makes me happy that Norman and Diane aren’t allowing trolls to ruin what they have.

Look at it from their perspective. They clearly have found what they have been looking for in another person. They have just bought a house and moved in together. And they just had a little girl something they BOTH have wanted. They BOTH seem deliriously happy together. I know they are aware of what a small group is saying about them. The question is do they care? They are simply living their lives and can clearly give two fucks what a small sad group of women think of them. The overwhelming majority of their fans are over the moon for them.

While Norman and Diane are living their happy life the haters are spending hours out of their own lives focusing on them. It’s comical but also sad. Can you imagine spending so much time on something that makes you unhappy, no wonder so many of them appear to have issues with depression. It’s one thing to dislike Diane, but to devote your time to following and critiquing her every move? It’s one thing to have a crush on Norman, but to intertwine your own happiness with the life of a TV star? Looking at the personal pages of some of the IG haters they clearly state they are depressed. Perhaps if they stop being so hateful and negative about a perfect stranger every day they could focus on their own life and try to achieve some happiness.

Well thanks for the suggestion but I’ll write what I want. I would say that Norman and Diane are more than just happy at the current moment.

I like over the moon, it doesn’t annoy me at all. Is it OK if others like it or must mod cater to you? Perhaps anon would like to start their own page so they can dictate what is said? The sense of entitlement is strong with this one.

Now they are poking fun at Diane because of her figure. I hate when other women put down other women over their bodies. Shows you how low they are then again they probably make fun of her body because they wish they had her body I would kill for Diane’s body.

They are angry because Diane won. I don't mean she won simply by being Norman's lover and the mother of his child. She won because she occupies so much of their head space rent free. When they wake up they think of her, they set alerts on her name and rush to their computers to search DK news. They make hate pages and devote hours of their lives to comment on HER life. She is living in in their heads rent free, she occupies their every waking moment. DK is living her best life with Norman, clearly happy with their baby girl and madly in love. They are well to do and can afford a live in nanny so they can still meet work obligations and have date nights. They clearly support each other's hobbies and work projects, we have the recent pics to show this is true. He obviously adores Diane and they are having a blast together in their new home in NYC. They are screwing like rabbits despite the denial of delusional Norman fans. Yes, she has won. She has Norman and she has the constant attention of the tiny number of Norman stans who aren't right mentally. They have inserted themselves into his life and can't believe he doesn't reciprocate their love so they go on the attack against his lady love Diane. The names are all the same, some young women but mostly the same old tired, unhappy middle aged women who put all their eggs in the Norman basket and can't believe he didn't come to their home and sweep them off of their feet. Diane won, they will spend their Christmas searching for her pictures and mocking her. They will think about her as they eat Christmas dinner, they will wonder what she and Norman are doing. They will wake up at night and think about photo manips they can make to her pics, captions they can make that they deem witty. All the while real life will be passing them by as they think about Diane Kruger, she owns them. While they miss out on real life interaction to worry about her she and Norman will be laughing.

It really says something about this exwiccan person that she was willing to throw an innocent woman under the bus in a futile attempt to upset DK, NR or fans of both. CS has clearly moved on as has Norman and no one believes this bad photoshop. The fact that exwiccan would try and make it seem that CS had done something unseemly just to further her own agenda really speaks to the type of person she is, despicable. It appears she loathes Norman and clearly she hates DK so her daily focus on them both makes one pity her, what a sad life she lives.

What Team Delusional Has Been Correct About

Okay, so I decided to start this today. I’ve had a few people ask me in the last few weeks what TD has been right about. I think these people are interested in TD theories, but they’re not entirely sure they want to commit to them yet. So I decided to start this post, and to ask you guys to send in other things that you personally or TD in general have been correct about. They can be anything. Even the smallest detail. I’ll start today with three of the larger things we have been correct about. Because the thing is, while we haven’t been correct about Beth’s return YET, that doesn’t mean we won’t be.

One of the best ways to prove that we’re usually correct in our interpretation of the symbolism is to show things that have already come to pass in the show. Things we predicted, based on the same kind of symbolism we’re using to say Beth is alive and will be back, that turned out to be true. So, here’s what I’ve got so far:

1. Glenn’s fake death in 6x03. Most of us predicted that he would live specifically because the symbolism around him was nearly identical to the symbolism around Beth. They even gave him some of the Beth’s dialogue. I even said several times that if Glenn dies, TD is in trouble because the same symbolism around him was used around Beth. So if he had died in 6x03, the Beth would probably be dead too. Low and behold, he turned out to be alive. And if he is, then the symbolism also shows that Beth is.

It’s also important to note that none of that symbolism was present around Glenn in 6x16, when his real death happened. So there was no reason to think he would come back from that. (It was pretty obvious anyway, as we saw his mutilated body, which is something we didn’t see when he went under the dumpster and also something we never saw with Beth.)

These are things every fan of TWD knew, they aren’t actual predictions. Plus TSDF gave most of this info in their spoilers. TD predictions are saying Beth is Boots or Beth will ride into Alexandria and stop Negan. You can’t take credit for the obvious, you need to back up your more outrageous claims such as Beth survived a bullet to the head at close range.

I have a very strong feeling when I see this. I think it may be Beth/boots. Scratch that, I think it is.

It’s not Beth, it’s was Tamiel as stated by Chris Hardwick and Seth Gilliam on TTD. Sabrina Gennarino, not Emily Kinney. Most often the simplest answer is the correct one. Tamiel is still on TWD, Beth has not risen from the dead since TD decided the boots belonged to Beth. The episodes are dwindling, when in S8 does TD think Beth will pop out from behind a tree and yell “Boo!”

OMG you’re a gold mine. I promise to stop although I’m sure you’ll block me shortly anyway. Yellow is just a color, a primary and common one at that. Every time someone wears yellow it does not signify Beth. Blonde hair does not belong to Beth, there are other people in the zombie apocalypse who are blonde and some of them even wear yellow. A common color for baby blankets or gifts is yellow as it’s considered neutral unlike pink or blue. This is one of those things where in the end when she doesn’t return you will say “But all of the eggs like the color yellow, blonde hair, Beth zombies.” These aren’t eggs, it’s TD wishing so hard they see signs everywhere and give themselves false flags and hope. You will want to blame TPTB and SG for planting these signs when she doesn’t come back but you have no one to blame but yourselves since you made them up. Yellow clothing and blonde hair do not equal something significant like Daryl’s leather vest with angel wings. You actually know this but in desperation your willing to overlook how silly it sounds, much like the “flash” and boots = Beth. She wasn’t with Morgan and didn’t train him to track, she didn't help Ezekiel with Shiva, they aren’t going back to Grady, Beth isn’t the cure, all the clock times amounted to nothing. That direct shot to the head meant nothing and seeing Daryl carry her dead body out of Grady only meant TF forgot to take her pulse, Dawn didn’t shoot Beth etc.

Honestly TD, you keep on keeping on but when you do decide to give in don’t forget to apologize. I get missing your favorite character and wanting to keep them alive through fan fics or dreams but you accused the writers of tricking you into believing it was possible when they in no way did so. The GA and media acknowledged right away she was dead, the actor herself said so as did her costars and TPTB. You chose to ignore to keep your club going, no fault but your own. And the claims that TSDF lied about spotting her filming in Georgia have gone on for 3 years. Every year you claim they won’t report on her filming even if they know and claim her SM shows she’s there yet every year she doesn’t appear. Best of all you make EK a liar yet you claim to be her biggest fans. You won’t let her move on and support her in her new endeavors because you say she has to be on hold for TWD. I’ve even seen discussion about how there's no way she can survive on the money she’s making from her music and acting roles. Apparently it’s obvious AMC is keeping her on their payroll so she can do whatever she likes until they call her back. Way to be supportive and insulting EK fans! Do you really believe she’s put her life on hold for years for this one TV role?

Again, you keep doing you TD but remember when she doesn’t come back and you decide to throw in the towel no one led you on. This was all in your head, there were no signs or eggs beyond the music box which was a nice call back. Beth got a great send off, she came back to see Ty off and they even let EK sing which is a big bonus for an actress who wants a a music career. They showed all of TD being depressed. She had a far better send off than many characters, just because they didn’t show a burial didn’t mean one wasn’t had as the GA understood. I guarantee if you asked EK did she want a scene throwing dirt on a grave or the chance to sing and act again on TWD she would have picked acting and singing.

Time for after makes me think of TPTB saying, “it’s time to reveal what happened after Coda” and How it’s gotta be makes me think of what Tyrese said in WHAWGO “it went the way it had to, the way it was always going to.” Could be totally missing to mark and reading too much into it!

Yeah I agree. The first thing that occurred to me when I heard Time for After is the title, After, from 4b. That was Rick in a coma and Carl in the pudding house. SOOO many Beth foreshadows in that episode, so hopefully this episode will at least lead into seeing Beth (perhaps we’ll see her in the MSF).

I thought the same thing about WHAWGO. Right there with ya, Nonny! Can’t wait to see what tonight’s episode brings us! Xoxo! 😘

The GA got his, only TD thinks some big reveal occurred during that time while the rest of us get they FF through boring scenes of them struggling with the miles they covered. They aren’t going to show her burial, TPTB assumed the viewers would get she had a funeral and the GA did get it. Only the 50 or so TD members are clamoring for this scene, give it up.

To add, if TD tries to make what is predicted to occur in the mid season finale about Beth it will be beyond egregious. I beg you all to use your heads, don’t cross the line of no return. Beth will not show up riding in on a white horse to save the day, don’t let your fantasies insult fans who accept the show as written. You don’t HAVE to mentally write her into every episode, skip this one. Start your “eggs” back up with the second half.

Is it just me or is it a little worrying how they’re kinda paralleling Daryl and Rosita with the whole exploding people thing? Sigh I really don’t want them to get together

Meh. I’m really not worried. Therewas definitely a Daryl/Rosita parallel there, but think of it this way: parallelsbetween characters are usually about arcs, not romance. Take 5x10 for example.Daryl, Sasha, and Maggie were heavily paralleled there because they were all instates of intense grief and anger. But none of them had or have romanticrelationships.

Similarly, Beth, Abraham, and Glenn are all often paralleled intheir arcs. But none of them are romantically involved. I believe Rosita isbeing paralleled with Daryl specifically because of how similar they are, butthat is also the reason a romance wouldn’t work between them. Even if you lookat 6x14, the two of them were very similar, in very similar head-spaces, whereDenise was the Beth-like character.

So I do believe Daryl and Rositaare on similar arcs, but in terms of precedent, that specifically does NOTequal romance between characters. I know the ship for these two have been veryvocal lately, but don’t listen to the hype. Nothing the writers have put in theshow points to a romance between them. And Christian Seratos specifically gavean interview (which would have been sanctioned by tptb) saying that Rositawould probably be on her own, without a relationship, for a while.

TD continually states the return of Beth is their only wish, why would it matter if she came back and Daryl was with someone else? Why be so upset if he’s paired with Carol, Rosita, Tara, Jesus or anyone else if the entire goal is to have Beth back? Face it, TD began because it’s members thought Bethyl was happening and felt robbed when Beth died. If Daryl died tomorrow TD would disperse.

I remember someone tried to tell her to not promote some youtuber who did the nazi salute and paid someone to hold up a “kill all jews” sign and she got pissy, blocked the person and defended the youtuber. Yeah, she was using Pewdiepie videos of TWDG to compare to Boots AKA Tamiel, and the Junkyard group and admitted to using them despite knowing what he had done.

Nothing BGWP says shocks me. She has literally experienced everything except being Jewish apparently but I’m sure she could work it in somehow if she felt she’s being questioned. She’s bi, bi-polar, suffers from depression, a rape survivor, multiple sexual assault survivor, divorce, a CSA survivor, a cancer survivor, suffering from chronic illness, PSTD and unable to work etc. celebrates Samhain (an adult being emo for attention) adores Taylor Swift, loves the GOT ship of Sansa (13 yrs old) and the Hound (45ish) and TWD Beth (18 at her time of death, 16 at the start) and Daryl who is mid 40′s. She gets very upset when anyone points out the age difference in these ships as she states they aren’t pedophilia because the girls aren’t too young and legally it would be OK. When asked if she would be OK if her daughter dated someone in their 40s while she was a teen she said yes. It’s great TD is dying, young impressionable girls do not need to be following someone like BGWP who lives in a fantasy world. I’m very sorry for her if she has had a troubled life but she should not be guiding young people. She clearly has issues she needs to address offline, living in a fantasy world isn’t good for anyone.

Attention Team D - We Need To Come Together

As you know, we are coming up on a very important date.

November 30th

It was the day that changed a lot of us and was the beginning of Team Delusional / Team Defiance (which will hereby be known as Team D)

We have been waiting patiently for answers and we have yet to get real ones. We have been given clue over these past seasons but never shown true proof of her survival.

Some of us will wait, others are ready to call it quits but I say, we need to take one last stand and let these producers and writers know that WE are still here and we’re not happy about what happened.

So many unanswered questions still remain about her body, what happened in those 17 days, who really shot Beth and so on. We have been supporting this show in hopes of some answers but we have not yet received a thing.

My suggestion is a one day campaign. A rally of Beth fans who will let their voices be heard and hopefully heard some sort of response from those of power on the show.

My suggestion is this:

On Thursday, November 30th, we tag the producers and writers on Twitter and Instagram posts with our chant to Bring Back Beth. By keeping our message clear and positive, I hope that with enough of us, they will understand that we are not happy and need them to give us answers.

This is an all-day campaign. Once every hour, once every half hour, whenever you remember. Write to them and tell them our message.

This is going to be spectacular! TD embarrassing themselves to the bitter end, God bless them for giving us 3 years of entertainment. Even now as it appears they realize Beth is dead they want to go out with one last big humiliation. Asking TBTB why there were “so many signs” without being self aware enough to know they made up all the signs and only saw what they so desperately wanted to see. They strung themselves along all this time and now want to pin it on TWD/AMC. Sweet summer children, there was a reason no one else saw the “signs.” It wasn’t because you were so smart as you believed and everyone else was blind, it was because you made them up.

Look, a person wearing yellow, Beth is going to rise! Look, a walker with blond hair, Beth is going to rise!! They’re going back to Grady for Beth!! Daryl can’t live without Beth! LOL I’m going to miss the adorable whack jobs of TD!

Its nice they had a road trip together. They clearly weren’t hiding as they went to public places, but they also weren’t begging people to take their pics. Fans of TWD got their pics taken with NR per usual. Guessing no one asked for a photo with NR AND DK because despite the fact she has a great acting resume she’s not exactly fan famous (my opinion.) I wouldn’t have recognized her if she was sitting right next to me on Elivis’s couch but it sounds like some of her fans found her. Road trips are awesome and a great way to spend time together. Definitely not a great way to hide a romance, they clearly weren’t worried about being spotted together. I’m glad they are having fun whatever this may be, summer fling or long term relationship. We should all have a bit of fun in this crazy world.
