Don’t care how much you try to get me to like or feel sorry for Negan, I never will. I agree that people can change and that all it takes is one decision to change everything, but that doesn't erase what he did. No matter what he does now, he still killed Glenn and Abraham. So many people died because of him showing up. He broke the group. Negan can suck on a big ol’ bag of dicks.

Bonus Episodes Trailer
So, as most of you probably know, a new trailer dropped yesterday for the bonus episodes. It got me SOOO excited.
Yeah, it’s really been too long without TWD.
So, I don’t have TONS to say about the trailer, but I will point out a few things me and my fellow theorists noticed right away. (Are you really all that surprised? 😇)
I noticed this sequence that I’m totally side-eyeing. First, we see Daryl approaching this cabin.
Then we see him (presumably; see below) kill this walker with LONG, BLOND hair.
And then it cuts to a different scene with Father Gabriel. He holds his sword in a way that divides his eyes. I feel like it’s drawing attention to his Sirius feature.
And what does the sequence mean? Cabin>Blond walker>Sirius. Do I really have to explain that?
So, why my “presumably” above? Well, it looks in this sequence like it’s Daryl killing the blond walker, but we all know trailers can often be comprised of spliced-together scenes. So, it occurred to me that, in the episode, it might not be him killing the walker. (It could also be part of the FB/Aaron scene, so it also might be one of them that technically kills it.)
But even if that’s the case, all it would mean is that they purposefully spliced together these scenes for the trailer to get this specific sequence. So I’m side-eyeing either way. 👀
Other things we noticed:
It’s hard to get the full effect from a still shot, but this definitely has a water theme. When you watch it in motion, the little, streaming red blurs at the bottom and right look like blood in water.
And we’re super-interested to know what the heck is going on here:
So yeah. That’s pretty much all I got for now. Super-excited to get back to the show. Roughly one month away, now! Yay! 🎉

TWD 10x16: A Certain Doom
Hey Everyone! What did you all think of the TWD episode? Unfortunately, no Beth, which sucks. But I noticed a lot of encouraging things. Today, I’m going to talk about broader ideas and symbolism that I noticed. Tomorrow I’ll do details and dialogue. And on Wednesday, I’ll talk about episode 1x01 of The World Beyond. Sound good?

4 Pairs Pushing Through the Walker Hoard
So, for the pairs walking toward through the walker horde. The first time, I wasn’t entirely zoned in on what was going on. Just one of those things where you’re watching to see what happens and not really analyzing things. But I was thinking about it before I re-watched, and I had a lightbulb moment.

As soon as they were talking about bringing the "precious cargo” through the herd with one carrying and the rest protecting, it mad me think of Tyrese carrying Beth while the others cleared the way.
S10 finale
I’m not ashamed to say I had to stop within the first few minutes to cry. It’s been way too long. No matter how many times I watched the preview, Gabriel's speech gets me every time. Plus I’m pretty sure we got a pep talk concerning Beth with Ezekiel's speech. We better get to see that Maggie and Daryl reunion next ep.
Norman on jimmy kimmel
Has Anyone watched the Normans recent interview with Jimmy kimmel? He's in Georgia at the studio conference room and he mentions that on the walls of the room there are memorials to the characters who have died. He gives us a quick flash of them, It's blurry but if you go slow enough you can make out quite a few. I've replayed it frame by frame so many times and I don't see Beth up there. What about you guys?

TWD 10x10: Stalker - First Thoughts
Wow! Just wow! Okay, in terms of moving the plot forward, this might seem like a low-key episode. And plot wise, it KIND of was. Or at least it feels that way on the surface. Really, what happened here will probably end up being super important.
So, the episode pretty much held what we thought it would: no Beth sightings, but CRAZY symbolism. The biggest thing for me was the dialogue. I felt like every line was either a Beth repeat, or if not specifically that, just SUPER thematic and important.
As always, I’ll just throw out some of the things that jumped out at me most on first watch. Tomorrow, I’ll talk details.

Radiation Theory - Connecting Grady to Coming Arcs
Okay, let’s talk about radiation. Let me first give credits to @frangipanilove for first figuring this out. It’s something that’s been percolating for all of us for a while, but she is the one who first articulated it. I also know she’ll be doing a post of her own on this topic, which will probably be more extensive than mine.
First, I’ll talk a little bit different times we’ve seen radiation references throughout the series.
Let’s start at Grady. If you go way, way back to when I first started my account, I have to say that Trevitt really bugged me. I felt like something about him was really significant and that we ought to be reading more into him than simply a random person brought into Grady that became a pawn in Dawn and Edwards’ games. But even in the years since, nothing has really cropped up to indicate he was of any special significance.
