Is Lightning Black?

no, culture wise shed be closer to a latina, when i was naming her the first names i tried were "relampago" "trueno" "rayo" but names that end in ´o' are usually masculine in spanish and i wanted something more unisex.

also. fantasy land were she, and my other characters live wouldnt have a 1:1 proxy of this planet's cultures yknow, but that is a completely different discussion that doesnt have too much to do with your question hahaha

this is one of my dragon oc's, which in my headcannon are virtually immortal, and while i usually draw her in modern clothing, i thought, she is 3000+ years old so can 100% play with the style of clothing i put her in cant i??

to answer questions you may have, yes the sword is intentionally that long to be 2 handed looking but slender, yes she is strong and fast enough to use it with one hand.
